serve as teachers and stakeholders to support the program. The orientation
of the tutor-volunteer and teacher facilitator was also conducted, as well as
the reproduction of learning materials for a period of 15-days with the help of
the tutor volunteers. MCES launched Brigada Pagbasa 2021 on August 16,
2021, with the presence of BLGU led by Charlito F. Gimpayan one of the

Pagbasa Reading Tutorial. They used SBB Guide Modules and other

Tutor-volunteers and teacher facilitators also received support in the form of
alcohol face masks, reading materials, snacks, and specially designed t-shirts
during sessions.. Day by day, tutees are learning at their own pace, and it
has taught every volunteer to adjust to each child's skills, allowing them to
meet halfway while learning. Throughout the implementation of this
program, the school provided unwavering support. Sir Renante S. Carido, the
school principal particularly focus his lens on this matter as he also wanted
to reduce the number of struggling readers in MCES.

Finally, on the fifteenth day, which was the last day of the program,
