    Today I am going
    to tell you about pizza.
    Pizza is one of the most popular meals in the world . Pizza is
    a dish of Italian origin consisting of a usually round, flat base
    of leavened wheat-based dough topped with tomatoes, cheese,
    and often various other ingredients (such as various types
    of sausage, anchovies, mushrooms, onions, olives, vegetables, mea
    t, ham, etc.), which is then baked at a high temperature,
    traditionally in a wood-fired oven.[1] A small pizza is sometimes
    called a pizzetta. A person who makes pizza is known as a pizzaiolo.

    The word "pizza" first appeared in a Latin text from the town of Gaeta, then
    still part of the Byzantine Empire, in 997 AD; the text states that a tenant of
    certain property is to give the bishop of Gaeta duodecim pizze ("twelve
    pizzas") every Christmas Day, and another twelve every Easter Sunday.

    Some pizzas mass-produced by pizza chains have been criticized as


    having an unhealthy balance of ingredients. Pizza can be high
    in salt and fat, and is high in calories. The USDA reports an average
    sodium content of 5,101 mg per 36 cm (14 in) pizza in fast food
    chains.[69] There are concerns about undesirable health effects!
