Poverty is a condition where the basic needs pf the family are not met. Such families are deprived of basic
necessities like housing, clothing, drinking water and food.
Poverty is not just a problem of one country, it is growing in many big countries. In many countries today, people
cannot even get their daily food.
There are many causes of poverty but the main ones are – population growth, lack of employment and inflation.
