    1 PRELIMINARIES AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

    1.1 - Lump Sum
    without getting damages to nearby places and also fire extinguishers, water
    supply, sound pollution,setting up site offices etc. and all other items required to
    start the works including transportation.

    Hoardings & Coverings (if any)

    1.2 Supply and install of Gypsum Board hoarding with fully printed visual sticker - SQM
    covering the Hoarding, entrance avoiding disturbance to passers and nearby
    offices.

    Demolition (if any)


    1.4 - Lump Sum
    A low sum for demolition of existing flooring/ ceiling/ electrical / FF/ HVAC existing
    furniture/ partition/ Plumbing and walls finishes and cart away the debris .

    Cleaning

    1.5 Daily site cleanning during and after the entire work. - Lump Sum
    Deep cleaning of the place before handover using a machine/ necessary
    equipments and other cleaning material.

    Detailed Drawings for Approvals

    1.6 Preparation of detail drawings ,mood boards or colour/material selection(based - -


    on the concept drawing set provided by client) for availing Authority &
    management/Client's approvals.

    2 FLOORING WORK

    Screed
    2.1 Supply and installation of Cement Sand mortar level screed to the subfloor to - SQM
    achieve a uniform level.

    Ceramic Flooring :

    Supply and Fixing of high quality Ceramic tiles 600x600x10 mm in approved


    2.2 - SQM
    patterns to the required level and slope as per specifications, with required spacer
    (otherwise as specified); cleaning joints and using a grout of approved type and
    matching color. This includes cutting where ever required

    Transition/ Skirting Strip


    2.3 - M
    Supply & fixing solid transition strip/channel at end junction/corners of office
    corridor flooring. '5mm x 18mm brush finish (stainless steel)

    3 WALLS WORKS

    Gupsum Board Partitions


    Supply and installation of wall partition using 12mm thick gypsum board FR( Fire
    3.1 Rated) fixed over 1.5mm thick GI frame which consists of 70 mm runners against - SQM
    the floor and ceiling with 70 mm studs placed at 600mm c/c vertically and
    1200mm c/c horizontally. Surface prepared to receive final finish

    4 CEILING WORKS

    Plain Gypsum Ceiling & Bulkhead

    Supply and fixing 12.5mm thick Gypsum board MR to 1.5 mm thick standard G.I.
    framing in perfect level. Ceiling suspension angle, intermediate section &
    periphery section all to be G.I. section placed as per manufacturer's specification.
    4.1 All corners of the sheet to be cladded with J-mould / corner angle / edge bead, G.I. - SQM
    finish in order to obtain a straight finish. The joint between the sheets of
    plasterboard are to be covered with jointing paper tape and flushed to provide a
    smooth durable and professional finish. All cut outs required for any type of
    fittings including 3 coats primer and final finish on the walls as per design opr
    approved color with Jotun paints brand

    5 DECORATIVE/ FINISHES WORKS

    Wall Wood Cladding Panels


    5.1 - SQM
    Supply and install 18mm MDF structure with spray paint finish including all
    opening to fabricate the arches and middle cabinets including the curved edges

    Glass Partition

    Supply & installation of glass partitions as per the approvals and designs at
    necessary / required places
