Cancellation Policy Details


No refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than or equal to 3 days before arrival.

A refund of 100% will be made if the booking is cancelled more than 4 days before the arrival date.

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 15 working days from the date of receipt of
the written cancellation request. However, the length of time required for the funds to be credited to your account is
determined by your financial institution.

General Terms and Condition


1. Check-in time is at 14:00, and check-out time is at 11:00. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to
availability and will be charged accordingly.
2. In case of a no-show, the resort reserves the right to charge the room rate and taxes applicable for the duration of the stay.
3. Amendments/changes to bookings are allowed up to 72 hours (3 days) before the arrival date.
4. Guests must present a valid ID such as a Drivers License, Voters ID, Aadhar card, or Passport(PAN card will not be
accepted as an ID proof).
5. For international guests and non-resident Indians, a passport and visa/PIO card/OCI card are mandatory.
6. All buffet meals are served at our restaurant “The Kesar”
7. For any travel assistance, please contact the Travel desk or Duty Manager at +91 2877 285566. Airport transfers can be
arranged at an extra cost if not included in the package.
8. Without a swimsuit, swimming in the pool is not allowed. Pool usage is subject to safety and hygiene rules and regulations.
9. Alcohol consumption is not allowed anywhere in the resort.
