We, the Grade 12 Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) students is currently
conducting a research entitled "Lemon (Citrus Limon) Extract: Fabrics and Countertops Cleaning
Agents" as a requirement in our subject Capstone.
Our study which focuses on the effectiveness of lemon (citrus limon) as an alternative stain remover for
fabrics and countertops. In this regard, may we humbly ask your good office for the authentication of lemon
fruit in compliance to the requirements needed in the conduct of the study. We believe that our findings will
benefits consumers through utilizing natural and cheaper cleaning products.

presence of a speaker from the Bureau of Fire Protection to address our campaign event on the topic of
"Communicating Earthquake Hazards, and their Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Measures."
We are organizing an event aimed in educating Grade 7 learners about the hazards associated
with earthquakes, as well as sharing valuable information on disaster prevention and mitigation measures.
Given the BFP's expertise and dedication to public safety, we would be honored to have a 2 representative
from your esteemed organization to speak at our event.
The presence of a BFP speaker will greatly benefit our audience, as they will receive valuable
insights into the communication of vital information related to volcano and earthquake hazards. This will
enable the community members to better understand the precautions and preventive measures necessary
to mitigate risks and ensure their safety in times of crisis.
The session is scheduled for April 26, 2024 at Kalinga National High School from 8:30 to 12:00. We
believe that your participation would greatly enhance the understanding and preparedness of our
community members, empowering them to act safely and effectively in the event of such natural disasters.

We, the Grade 12 students will be conduct a campaign entitled, Communicating Natural Disasters Hazards,
their prevention and mitigation measures, as part of our capstone subject.
In this regard, we are asking from your good office a permission to conduct the activities with the grade 7
students as participants and allows as conduct of April 12 at 11:00am-12:00pm, half day in April 19, and
