Taxes:
Currently 18% GST is applicable on machine except 28% GST will be Applicable on
Chiller, Fridge, BOD Incubator, Cooler or any refrigeration/chilling related products.

Excise:
Currently not applicable. Will be charged, if applicable in future

Packing, Transportation & Insurance, Octroi:

Extra as per actual
Payment:
50% advance and balance against Proforma invoice. Machine/Goods must be lifted
within one Week once it is ready.
Delivery:
6-8 weeks (depending on products) from the date of confirm purchase order along With
advance payment
Our scope of Supply is limited to our offer only and not cover the things specifically not
mentioned
Offer Validity:
30 days (Subject to our written confirmation)
Installation and Erection:
Customer has to pay to & fro fare of erection technicians, lodging, boarding, local
conveyance, medical during entire installation period. Installation charges Extra.
Warranty:
We offer 1 year warranty from the date of supply. The warranty is valid against defective
workmanship of the system only for repairing. Our liability is limited to repair the same
and not for wear and tear. Warranty does not cover consumable, electrical, electronics,
rubber & plastic parts. The warranty lapses if any changes in the machine configuration
are done by the customer. We are not liable for the machine failure arising out due to
carelessness and out of our machine operative guidelines.
Order Amendments: Any change in specifications & other terms shall entail revision of
delivery and prices including statutory variations
Site visit will not be charged during warranty period. Only to & fro travelling , lodging
and boarding & other expenses will be paid by the customer
Machinery / Goods once sold will not be taken back.
Jurisdiction: Subject to Surat Jurisdiction for any conflicts/disputes

during execution of the order.

Primary BIS follow up o be done by the customer.

Hygienic schedule as per BIS rules to be followed in entire plant area to maintain the
hygienic conditions and ensure quality of the final Water.
General: Any typographical or clerical errors are subject to correction. (E.&O.E.)

Force Majeure clause:

Our offer is subjected to the standard force majeure conditions. We shall be under no
liability if performance of the quotation on our part is delayed whether in whole or in
part due to any cause beyond our or our subcontractors /principal’s reasonable control,
including but not limited to war (whether declared or not), civil insurrection, strikes,
lockouts, government orders / embargoes, earthquake, fire, floods, quarantine
restrictions, freight embargoes
