I am pleased to inform you that you have been offered a place on a programme of study leading to the following award:
Master of Business Administration-Marketing for 2 years
The trimester will commence on 22nd July 2024 You are expected to report on that day 9:00 am for orientation and
briefing at Victoria University.
After receiving this admission letter, make all payments in our respective banks as stipulated by our fees collection policy
below:
i. All admitted students are expected to pay 100% of tuition and functional fees at beginning of the trimester.
ii. However, failure to pay the full payment of the trimester; students can pay their fees in 3 installments throughout
the trimester.
a) All students are expected to pay 40% of all fees (tuition and functional fees) by the end of the 2nd week of
the trimester.
b) All students are expected to pay 60% of all fees (tuition and functional fees) by the end of the 4th week of the
trimester.
c) All students are expected to pay 100% of all fees (tuition and functional fees) by the end of the 8th week of
the trimester.

The University reserves the right to change the tuition and functional fees at any time during your course of study.

Please be advised that this provisional admission letter holds validity for a duration of one month solely,
and its status shall be rescinded should any of the admission prerequisites remain unfulfilled
i) Students must register every beginning of a trimester. For those who opt to register late will be paying a
penalty of 50,000/= for late registration
ii) You should report to the University on the first day and by all means not later than 1 (ONE) WEEK from the
date of commencement of the first trimester. If you do not report within the stipulated period, your place will be
forfeited to another applicant.
iii) The University reserves the right to change your session of study depending on the numbers admitted.
iv) For Exempted students, modules will only be done when offered by the University.
v) Refer to the Student Charter booklet for all University rules and regulations sent to your email.
vi) All admitted students are required to sign this letter in the space provided as a sign of acceptance and
return a copy to the Admissions office
vii) Every student should pay UGX 20,000 ($5) ANNUALLY to the National Council for Higher Education,
through Uganda Revenue Authority.
