MEMORANDUM
1. Reference: Memo from AUC, PARMU dated January 5, 2022 with subject
Prescribed Uniform during Friday and Saturday Rank Inspection for CY 2022.
2. In view with the above reference, please be informed that at around 7:30 AM of
August 13, 2022, the undersigned conducted Rank inspection to all available personnel of
San Fernando City Police Station. Activities undertaken were accounting of personnel,
Inspection in Ranks and the conducted Police Information and Continuing Education
(PICE) discussing the LOI “Tamang Bihis” on the proper wearing of PNP GOA Uniform
Type “C”. The undersigned likewise reiterated the Quality Service Lane, PNP Patrol Plan
2030, PNP Operational Procedure (General Procedures: Rule 23 to 24), and Revised
PNP MC Comprehensive Health and Physical Program (for the attainment of the ideal
Body Mass Index, BMI). Further, all personnel were advised to be more vigilant during
their duty to pre-empt the occurrence of criminality within their respective areas of
responsibility. Activity ended at about 8:45 AM of same date with favorable result.
