    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    That I, GIOVANNI M. FLORIN of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and resident of
    Corner Datoc and Broca Street, San Jose District, Pagadian City do hereby name,
    constitute and appoint MARIZZE O. MACAPOBRE of legal age and residential also of
    Purok Esmeralda B, San Jose, Pagadian City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact,
    for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following special
    powers, to wit:

    1. To make representation on my behalf to negotiate, transact, verify and


    process all required documents in any and all public and private persons,
    agencies, entitles and all relating matters in dealing with Government
    Agencies, and other subsidiaries.

    2. To follow-up any all papers, documents, letter and communications related


    same thereof;

    3. To receive, claims, sign, execute, file submit and delivery any and all
    documents related thereto;

    4. To perform any and all acts necessary to full accomplish the purposes.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
    authority to do and perform any and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever
    requisite, necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all
    intents and purpose as I might or could do if personally present and acting in person;
    and

    HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully
    do cause to be done under by virtue of these presents.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand at Pagadian City, Philippines,
