When first logging on to Pebblepad, after being provided with login details, it will look like this –
For you to access your RoE you will Click to open the workbook under Record of Experience.
For a Witness to provide feedback they will click Resources, under your name. The Witness will not have their
own login details. They will be using your username and password. NB Both of you cannot be logged on at the
same time on 2 separate devices.
For easy access and to learn more about how to use the system use the link below:

You can also download the PebblePocket App to a Smart phone on Google Play or from the App store. This will
allow your Witness to provide feedback on your phone or to use your login for the computer.
Aim to get your Witness to provide the assessment as soon after the procedure as possible. You do not need to
write up your account first.

Any GDC registrant may be your Witness. You may have as many Witnesses as you like.
You must complete their details in the Support Staff Reg Sheet under the Introduction tab in your Record of
Experience.
The Witness Guidance will be given to the Practice Managers to pass to the Witnesses or they may contact your
tutor directly.
Be sure that you frequently click SAVE to keep your work. The system may remind you to do so if you haven’t
saved your work for a while. If you logout without saving your work, it will be lost.

Communicate the status of each PER with your tutor by using the Tracking Docs tab at each stage.
The table below shows PER 1.2b has been started, but not yet finished. PER 1.1c is waiting for the tutor to review,
whereas PERS 1.1a and 1.1b have been signed off as satisfactory.
You will tick the completed box in Candidate Tracking, but only after seeing the tutor has placed a tick next to
completed on their sheet, AND you have changed the Red Rosette to Green for that PER.
To discover whether your work has been completed, or whether amendments are required, you should review
the list under Tracking Docs>>Tutor Tracking

Our Internal Verifier (IV) will sample a number of PERs and SOs for quality assurance purposes. This ensures
quality across all learners and also that the Witness and the tutor have reviewed your work carefully so that you
meet NEBDN standards.
