Thesis: “Self-efficacy, Information Seeking Behavior and Learning Outcomes of Library and
Information Science Undergraduate students in Universities, in Osun State Nigeria. In Partial
fulfilment of the requirements for the Award of Masters in Library and Information Science
(MLIS)”.
Description: An ongoing research projects on self-efficacy, and information-seeking behavior
and learning outcomes of undergraduate students in Universities in Osun state Nigeria, my role is
to analyze existing literature, generate hypotheses, and assist in designing research
methodologies. And contribute by providing insights into patterns of Self-efficacy information-
seeking behavior and learning outcomes of undergraduate students of Library and Information
science in Osun state, identifying factors influencing self-efficacy, and exploring how
information seeking behavior will influence learning outcomes. Significant findings include
correlations between self-efficacy and information-seeking on student success, as well as the
impact of information literacy interventions on improving information-seeking behaviors.

I have been at the forefront of managing and providing access to digital information resources
within
Academic institution by facilitating information retrieval, supporting research, and promoting
transparency.
I actively contributed to the development and maintenance of Osun state Polytechnic digital
library in
Nigeria where I work closely with a team of professionals to curate, organize, and digitize a wide
range
of digital content, including legislative documents, policy papers, reports, and other relevant
publications.
I played a crucial role in metadata creation and management to enhance the discoverability and
retrieval of digital resources.
I worked with information retrieval systems and digital asset management tools to ensure the
accurate
representation and indexing of documents enabling users to efficiently locate and access the
information they require.
I am fully involved in collaborating with other units and stakeholders to implement new
technologies to
enhance the search capabilities and user experience of the digital library.
I assisted users in navigating the digital library, utilizing search functionalities, and effectively
utilizing
the available digital resources.
I actively contributed to the development and implementation of open access initiatives within
Osun
State academic, digital library unit.
