Operation and
maintenance
instructions
1. User notice
1: Users should carefully read this manual before installing and using this unit. As the product is constantly improving, this manual is
only revised regularly. If there is any inconsistency with the product, please contact our company in time, please understand.

2: In order to properly use and maintain the operation of this equipment, maintenance personal must thoroughly understand the
performance and characteristics of this equipment, and do not operate it at will. In order to avoid injury and damage to the machine.

3: When checking and repairing, the main power supply should be cut off and some warning sign should be displayed.

4: Do not extend the hand or other parts of the body into the indenter or mold box during operation. Do not touch the moving parts.

5: Non-console operators should not press the electric twist at will, so as not to hurt the person.

6: At the end of each shift, the electrical switch should be in the “power off” or “stop” position.

7: The electrical of the machine should be grounded reliably in order to ensure safety. (The grounding resistance should not exceed 0.5
ohms. Under normal circumstances, the grounding should be more than 1.5 meters underground.)

8: The cement in the storage hopper should be used up in time to prevent solidification.

9: The solidified concrete on the pallet should be cleaned in time. The materials to be bonded in the feeding box and the mold box should
be cleaned every shift. When cleaning the equipment, disconnect the main power switch and fix the pressure head with the support to
prevent the danger from falling.

10: At the end of molding, if the material is not enough, the indenter should not be pressed to prevent damage to the indenter cylinder
and the indenter synchronization mechanism, causing the indenter to be out of sync.

11: The vibration molding time should be strictly controlled. If the molding time is long and the pressure is not pressed, the concrete
piece will have regular final.

12: Check whether the travel switch is in place at any time. If it is loosened and adjusted in time, the distance between the end of the
proximity switch and the sensing block is 5-8mm to prevent it from colliding.

13: The condenser of the hydraulic station must be used in summer, otherwise the oil will heat up, affecting normal use. It should be
replenished and replaced in time. The oil filter should be replaced in time according to the instructions of the transmitter, otherwise the
hydraulic system will be faulty. When the temperature is below 0°, the water in the condenser should be drained after the shift. Prevent
freezing of the condenser.

14: All screws must be tightened before use.

15: The plane of the vibration platform, the plane of the feeding board, and the plane above the brick frame must be flat. Other wise the
pallet can not be conveyed smoothly. The block cannot be pushed or cracked.

16: All lubrication parts need to be lubricated before each shift.


17: Clean up in time after the end of each class.

18: When the moving parts are stuck or other emergencies, press the “power switch” immediately, and the oil
pump must not bestopped first.
Special note: The main power switch in the electric control box must be disconnected when cleaning the material in
the mixer.
The material of each cycle hopper placed in the material of the cloth machine should not be too much or too little. If
there is too muchmaterial, it will cause the material to be scattered. If it is too small, the fabric inside the mold box
will not be enough.

First, the QT4-25 production line configuration is as follows:


(1) MX500 drum vertical concrete mixer platform.
(2) Belt conveyor (transport length 6m, 1.5kw and conveying capacity 30m3/h).
(3) One set of main machine (sending machine, receive machine, main machine, hydraulic station, mold).
(4) Manual brick delivery.
The basic production line of the production line is 120m2, the yard area is 1500-2500m2 (including the truck
channel), and the single- shift production requires 800-1000 pallets.

4. Equipment installation and commissioning


1: Host installation: According to the size of the foundation drawing given by the company, the user should dig the
foundation, place theembedded parts according to the position shown in the figure, and backfill the 100mm thick stable
layer. If the ground endurance is less than 10T/2M, add a layer. Φ12 steel mesh. Place the embedded parts in the pit
according to the center distance requirement, and the upper part of the embedded parts is the ground zero point. The
entire pit is embedded with C25 concrete. After the solidification is completed, the equipment foot is spot welded to
the corresponding position. (Vibration motor must be connected to reverse rotation)
2: Installation and commissioning of the sending machine: Place it according to the position shown in the figure, adjust
the plane of the feeding plate and the plane of the vibrating table to be on the same plane. The feeding plate bed is
aligned with the main frame axis to ensure that the plate feeding plate is smoothly dropped in the middle of the vibration
table, and is fixed to the frame after debugging.
3: Installation and commissioning of the bricks: The axis of the bricks must be consistent with the axis of the host. The
plane of the pallets is on the same plane as the plane of the vibrating pallets. Ensure that the pallet is smoothly
transported from the vibrating table to the conveyor chain. The brick frame can be fixed by embedded parts, and it is
not convenient for cleaning.

4: Installation and commissioning of the hydraulic station: The hydraulic station is placed 0.8m on the right side of the
main unit (from the back to the rear), the oil pipe must be tightened, and the condenser is connected to the water.

5: Installation and debugging of control cabinet and circuit: Install power supply (380V50Hz), and wire according to
the correct phase sequence. Connect the motors. For safe production, connect the electrical system to the ground.

6: Tubing connection: The user connects the tubing according to the mark of the manufacturer's logo. And tighten.

7: The factory equipment has been commissioned. Due to long-distance transportation and other factors, a
comprehensive inspectionshould be carried out during installation.
7.1: Check if the machine is deformed
during transportation.7.2: Whether the
fasteners in each part are loose or slipped.
7.3: Whether the circuit inside the control cabinet is loose or slippery.

6.Operation steps
1: Preparation before starting up

1.1 Preparation of aggregate

1.2 Hydraulic station


Hydraulic station working fluid, generally use 68# anti-wear hydraulic oil. The oil level is added to the indicator and
the indicator will be full. The oil temperature should be controlled below 60 °C. It is absolutely not allowed to exceed
80 °C. The hydraulic oil should be changed once every six months. It must be filtered when changing oil. The system
pressure has been set at the factory, and the general situation cannot be adjusted arbitrarily.
The mixer must be filled with oil.

1.3 Trial operation


(1) Operate the start button to make the power indicator light.
(2) Operate the oil pump start button, which is the oil pump operation.
(3) Operate the hydraulic head on the indenter, demoulding, aggregate, feeding plate, fabric manual valve and foot
vibrator.

When running the above operations, the chain protection measures in the program are as follows:
a. When the skip is not retracted, the operation on the mold frame and under the pressure head does not work.
b. When the mold frame is not in place, the advance and retreat of the skip does not work.
c. When the indenter is not in place, the skip does not work.
d. When the template is not in place, the sending board does not work.
When the above various actions and displays are normal, the work can be performed.
1.4 Feeding of pallets: Before the finished product is formed, it is necessary to check whether the actions are normal
before feeding.
A. Place the pallet in the plate feeder box (about 5 plates at a time)
B. Lift the mold frame into position and press the feed plate to feed the pallet onto the vibration table. Press the
feed plate again toreturn the feed plate to the position.
C. The steps to produce a colorless brick are as follows:
Lower the mold frame into position and raise the pressure head into position, then press the material to enter and return
the fabric 1-2 times, then return the vehicle to the vibrator and then press the material to advance and retreat the fabric
1-2 times to return the vehicle to the position, press the head down. At the same time, the pressure relief is pressed up
and down and the vibrator is pressed and pressure-pressed, and the mold frame is raised and the pressure head is raised.
Press the feed plate to feed the finished product into the brick picker. Press the feed plate again to return to the position.
The steps to produce color bricks are as follows:
Lower the mold frame into position and raise the pressure head into position, then press the material into and out of
the fabric for 1-2 times, then return the vehicle to the position, press the head slightly and then press the head to lift,
press the fabric to feed the fabric 1-2 times. The fabric is retracted into place, and the pressure is pressed and pressed
under the pressure of the head and the vibrator is pressed and pressed. The mold frame is raised and the ram is raised.
Press the feed plate to feed the finished product into the brick picker. Press the feed plate again to return to the position.
In case of emergency, cancel the job and turn off the power switch.

2. Adjustment of the height of the molded part: the height of the finished product can be adjusted by four adjustable
bolts on the fixingplate on the frame (Fig. 1).

3. Handling of finished products: The finished product has only one plate at the stop position of the brick-
connecting machine, andshould be transported to the maintenance field for initial maintenance.
After each work, the material in the hopper must be manually cleaned to
prevent solidification.note:
(1) When there is no pallet under the mould box or there is material, do not press the button under the mould box to
prevent damage tothe machine.
(2) When there is no foreign object on the machine, press each button.
(3) In the course of operation, press the “Power Switch” button in case of emergency.
Mold replacement procedure:
1. Rotate the screws of the upper and lower molds of the old mold, remove the mold and install the new mold and tighten
the screws!

2. If the height of the two sets of molds is inconsistent before and after, the position of the material should be adjusted:
the four thick screws under the material truck adjust the height of the material (see Figure 2), and the height of the
material should be adjusted to the height of the mold frame every time the mold is replaced. . The horizontal screw of
the skip adjusts the front and rear of the skip (Figure2). The car must be horizontally stitched seamlessly with the
frame.

7. Equipment maintenance
The maintenance and care of the equipment is an important guarantee to maintain the good working performance of
the equipment, prolong the service life of the equipment and produce high-quality products. Every user must pay great
attention to it.
1. Lubrication: The user needs to add lubricating oil according to the position given by the lubrication, the type of oil
and the specified time. These tasks should be completed in the preparation work before the class.
2. In addition to operating according to the operating procedures, you should also pay attention to the working status
of each part, pay attention to whether the link is loose, etc., and find problems in a timely manner.
3. After each shift, the equipment should be cleaned, cleaned and wiped to prevent the material from condensing on
the equipment, which will affect the normal operation of the equipment (the main switch should be disconnected and
the support should be fixed with the support).
Note: It is strictly forbidden to rinse the equipment with water to ensure good electrical insulation and prevent corrosion
of the parts.
4. The lubricating oil in the vibrator should be inspected regularly. If the oil level is lower than 20mm, it must be
replenished with oilimmediately 20~30mm, but the maximum temperature should not exceed 35mm.
5. Always check whether the motor is overheated during work. When overheating, take corresponding measures to
implement cooling,and find problems in time to repair or replace.
6. Always check if the V-belts are loose and
adjust them in time.7, the maintenance of the
pallet:
7.1 The scale on the board surface should be removed frequently.
7.2 When the pallet is not in use, it should be stored in a dry and ventilated place.
7.3 The pallet should be inspected frequently to prevent loosening, warping and other phenomena (directly
affecting the quality of theproduct).
