Uniforms
You are required to wear your full uniform on every shift. It is important that we look
presentable and professional to our clients. Your uniform includes:
HPD Polo Shirt (provided by our company)
Black Tactical Pants
Black Tactical Boots
Duty Belt (provided by our company)
If you choose to wear an undershirt, it must be plain white or black, and long sleeved tight
fitted black shirts (i.e. Under Armor Type) are also approved. A jacket will be provided to
you for cold weather, along with a beanie, and ball-style cap and winter gloves. For
personal protection, we provide reusable and/or disposable masks, and disposable gloves.
Uniform guidelines are to be strictly adhered to. Agents wearing non-compliant uniforms
may receive corrective action. Any pouches or gear carried on your belt, or tactical style
vest, not issued to you, need to be approved by leadership in writing, prior to use. No
personal insignia or advertising in duty uniform is allowed.

added by a company administrator. Please review the Job Aids contained within this packet
for more information on installing/logging in and using the apps.

Expectations
Because on most of our sites, agents work alone, we have the following expectations of each
shift worked:
Clock in and out with both TrackTik and PayNW/HCMToGo
Post a picture of you in full uniform on the “Agent Hub” What’s App at the start and
end of shift with the site working
If an incident occurs throughout your shift, fill out an incident report in TrackTik,
and post it on the Alert Chat on What’s App
Check in on the Zello radio checks with every radio check
Notifications
Here is the notification system that we utilize:
Sick calls: as soon as you know you aren’t able to make your shift notify your field
leadership (posted on the daily schedule in WhatsApp chat) via phone call, if you do
not get a response on the chat within 15 minutes. Please submit a time off request
on PayNW/HCMToGo for the sick day, whether or not you have sick time to use.
Emergencies: Notify your leadership via phone call immediately.
Time off Requests: Please request time off (either planned sick, or unpaid time off)
via email to Steve ([email protected]) and once you receive
confirmation that you can have those days off, submit a request in HCMToGo.
Requests need to be made minimum of 14 days in advance.
Timekeeping/Missed Punches/Payroll: please send an email to
[email protected] with the date, location, and time of missing
punch(es)
Schedule: If you would like to learn a new site, switch schedules, or need a day off,
please email [email protected]
Schedules
Your schedule will be posted on TrackTik every week, at least by Sunday. You can access
your schedule on the App, and we try our best to give each agent a consistent schedule. If
you need a specific day off each week, we will try our best to accommodate these requests,
but if more than one employee requests the same day off, the time off will be granted based
on seniority.
Pay Periods
At the end of this document is a calendar which shows all the pay periods and pay dates
through the end of the year. It is the expectation that you clock in and clock out for each
shift, however, we understand that not everything happens perfect every time. Payroll
processing takes multiple days, so it is imperative that all timecard reconciliation (missed
punches, missing shifts) be notified to [email protected] by 5pm on the
Tuesday after the pay period ends. Any notifications received after this time are not
guaranteed to be on the upcoming check, but will be added to the next paycheck.
Missed punches and other timekeeping notifications need to follow the following format:
Date of missing punch
Time of missing punch
Site/location worked
Training
We schedule training days, where you will attend a 4-6 hour training course and will
receive a certificate at the end of the training. You will also receive on the job training, with
one of our lead agents, or one of our senior agents that is familiar with your training site.
The agent training you will have a checklist that you both will need to sign once your
training is completed.
