    SECTION B: (Mall Rules & Regulations)


    Site Access: Safety Rules on site:
    1. Present this permit to obtain access to the mall 1. All workers must wear appropriate PPE: Minimum requirement is

    SECTION C: (Contractor Request Statement)


    We hereby agree that we are liable for any claim or demand for accident, injury, damage, loss and/or compensation of any kind
    whatsoever arising out or in connection with all claims or demands which may arise out of any failure by us or our subcontractors
    listed above which may be made against Mirdif City Centre in the performance of our obligations under the scope of this project.
