Whereas, the Health and
Government Order No. 390-JK(HME) Medical Education Department issued

forthwith to the concerned Heads of the Department of Health and Medical
Education Department for initiating appropriate action against the concerned
doctor.
These directions are issued for immediate compliance in letter and
spirit by all concerned.
Any guidance /assistance, if needed, may be sought by the doctors
by contacting the concerned District/Institute nodal, officers whöse details are
enclosed as Annexure 'A' tothis order.
