Introduction
CRACK2EXAMS is an innovative web application designed to assist students in
preparing for exams effectively. Whether it's a high school test, college exam, or
professional certification, CRACK2EXAMS aims to provide a comprehensive platform
that facilitates efficient studying and maximizes performance.

Objectives

1. Enhance exam preparation process.

2. Improve study efficiency through personalized plans.
3. Facilitate self-assessment with interactive quizzes.
4. Track progress and identify areas for improvement.
5. Foster a collaborative learning community.
6. Increase accessibility to educational resources.
7. Promote mobile learning for convenience.

2.1 Problem Definition

2.1.1 Profile of The Problem Assigned
The problem is to develop a govt. exam portal that provide all the latest updates and all
the study material that is necessary for the preparation of exams( like Bank po, SSC). By
using my website a user can read for exam and can try the mock tests as it removes the
need of buying expensive topic wise books.
I tried to make my website user friendly. Any person can visit my website with login and
he/she can access any data. Syllabus related youtube videos are also embed here, user can
watch videos also. There is an extra facility that is provided only to the registered users.
Registered users can access all the videos for the exam preparation. For this a user have
to signup to the website.
The aim of the website is to provide latest data and updates related to exams to users

 from different fields so that they can stay up to date.
There are two modules in my website:-
1. User Module
2. Admin Module

1. USER MODULE
This module is the front end of the website that is accessed by the user. Any user can view the
study material i.e. the user module.
In this module there are two types of users:-

A. REGISTERED USER
This type of user can view all the data related to exams like ppt, notes, videos on the website. It
is the benefit of registration to the website.

B. UNREGISTERED USER
This type of user can only view two videos but can not view all the videos as to see all the videos
they have to register with our website.They can see recommended books but for buying any book
they have to registered with us.

2. ADMIN MODULE
Admin module is the back end of the website. This module contains the full administration
power of website. Admin module is not visible to the users. There is an authorized person who
can access this i.e. the developers of the website. Admin has full control on the database of the
website.
Admin has the power of:
 Insert new data into the database
 Delete any data from the database
 Update any information
 View registered users.
 View the database

STUDY OF EXISTING SYSTEM
I have studied existing system. There are some deficiencies in the existing system.
I added some new functionality in my project. So that I can remove the deficiencies of the
existing system.

3.1 Proposed System

Online exam preparation system basically provides the study material, previous year question
papers and some mock test to practice. It also considered more user friendly compare to
traditional sites as I tried to keep the UI as simple as possible.

This system is designed to the collaboration of an individual working on project reducing the
potential risks and helping to ensure that the project is delivered on time. I serve
As a repository for all the documents ,drawings and communications relating to the project The
essence of collaboration software is to develop a process where news are available online, so
That can be accessed from anywhere.

4.2Functions To Be Provided
The main aim of this project is to know whether project is completed within tentative time.
Provide study material to prepare for govt. exams easily.
Provide all the videos by login facility.
Very user friendly.
Easy to operate.

4.3 Processing Environment

The Software Interface will be based on a standalone workstation concept. The front-end
interface being used is designed in php. The back-end being used for database server is My-SQL.

4.4.4 JavaScript:-

JavaScript is a scripting language that will allow you to add real programming to
yourWebPages. Uses:-

 Cookies:- Storing information on the visitor's computer, then retrieving this information
automatically next time the user visits your page. This technique is called "cookies".
 Control:- Browsers Opening pages in customized windows, where you specify if the
browser's buttons, menu line, status line or whatever should be present.
 Validate:-Forms Validating inputs to fields before submitting a form. An example
would be validating the entered email address to see if it has an @ in it, since if not, it's
not a valid address.

 IMPLEMENTATION

Implementation involves placing the completed and tested system of hardware and software into
the actual work environment of the users. Implementation simply means carrying out the
activities described in work plan. In implementation am created the database first. After creation
of the database I created the needed tables. After this I created the front end of the website. And
then the database is connected to the front end of the website i.e. design. Then I implemented the
queries to insert and fetch data from the database. At the end all the required data inserted to the
database by using mysqli insert query and display it on the front end of the website using mysqli
select query. Execution of project allows end- users to have access to better services and living
environment. Implementation gives the opportunity to see the plans become reality.

Current status of the Project
The project "Crack2Exams" has not been completed yet, some of its functionality is pending to
implement and after the completion it will be available on the website.
Following acceptance criteria has fulfilled.

Future Scope
This project has great future scope. This project provides the study material to prepare for govt.
exams. Anyone can access the website without any registration or login. News videos are also
available. Registered users can access all the available videos.
I provided my website with easily downloadable pdf files, good quality study material and
also some mock tests to practice and crack the exam.
