• bachelor's degree in a related field, such as psychology, education, or human behavioral sciences.
• At least three years of experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in the field of training and developing life skills, both at the individual and group
levels.
• In-depth knowledge of concepts and methods of life skills development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with different individuals.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and manage time effectively.
• Ability to assess and analyse participants' needs and provide appropriate personal guidance.
• Good computer skills, particularly in KOBO and Microsoft office (word and excel).
• Previous INGO experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and willingness to share knowledge and experience.
• Ability to work under pressure, proactive and independent working style.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
• Developing educational programs and training curricula that target enhancing personal and social life
skills.
• Delivering interactive courses and training sessions to participants to enhance their abilities in life skills,
such as effective communication, time management, problem-solving, and career planning.
• Assessing participants' needs and providing personal guidance to help them achieve their goals and
develop their potential.

• Providing support and guidance to participants in areas such as self-motivation, self-confidence, and
achieving work-life balance.
• Documenting participants' progress and evaluating the outcomes of programs and training sessions
• Supports Effective Teamwork and Cooperation.
• Demonstrated experience in community mobilization, organization, and relationship building.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
• Designing and delivering training sessions or workshops to individuals or groups, focusing on specific
soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, time management, and
emotional intelligence. Creating engaging and interactive learning experiences to facilitate skill
development.
• Assessing the soft skill needs of individuals or organizations through interviews, surveys, or
assessments.
• Identifying areas for improvement and tailoring training programs to address those needs effectively.
• Developing or selecting training materials, resources, and curriculum that align with the identified
soft skill needs.
• Creating lesson plans, presentations, activities, and assessments to facilitate learning and skill
acquisition.
• Providing personalized coaching and feedback to individuals to support their soft skill development.
• Facilitating group discussions, activities, and exercises to promote collaboration, teamwork, and
interpersonal skills.
• Assessing participants' progress and skill development throughout the training program.
• Offering constructive feedback to participants on their soft skills, highlighting strengths and areas for
improvement.
• Collaborating with other trainers, subject matter experts, or stakeholders to develop comprehensive
training programs that address multiple aspects of soft skill development.
• Sharing expertise, resources, and insights to enhance the overall training experience.
