    Hr Analytic (Power BI Dashboard)
     Acquire data from different sources and maintain databases/data system. Ingested
    this data into Power Query and clean up bad records by removing Null values,
    Duplicates, Spelling error.
     Filter and “Clean” data by reviewing computer reports, KPI’s and correct code
    Pattern
     Also created measures using DAX function
     Utilizing Excel, including Pivot tables, for HR analysis involves examining attrition
    rates and identifying key factors contributing to job switching
     Utilizing Power BI, we can create dynamic dashboards to visualize attrition rates
    across different age groups, salary ranges, and job satisfaction levels over a specified
    period. By integrating employee preferences data, we can generate insights into
    factors influencing attrition, enabling strategic HR interventions. This
    comprehensive framework facilitates informed decision making by providing
    actionable insights tailored to specific organizational needs and objectives.
     Solution for attrition is Improve Work Environment, provide proper training and
    development, Recognize and reward, Monitor and act on employee Feedback and
    also promote diversity and inclusion.

    Pizza Hut Sales Analysis (Using SQL)


     Acquire data from different sources and maintain databases. Ingested this data into
    Power BI for Data Modelling and clean up bad records
     Combine the multiple Excel files and loading into SQL server
     Used Aggregate Functions like SUM, AVG, MIN, and MAX calculate values from
    multiple rows.
     Used JOIN to combines data from multiple tables based on a related column.
     Used GROUP BY to aggregate data based on common attributes.
     Used Order BY to Sort your data toppings in ascending or descending order
     Imported Images and canvas background
     The Pizza Hut Sales Analysis project aims to analyse sales data from Pizza Hut using
    SQL. The project involves querying a database containing sales transactions,
    customer information, product details, and other relevant data to derive insights
    into sales performance, customer behaviour, popular products, and trends over
    time.
