IV. Registration
A registration of Twenty Pesos (Php 20.00) will be imposed for the
purpose of the expenses in the preparation of other logistical needs like
IDs, Forms, and etc. The payment will be collected by the Ministry leaders
and shall be remitted to the Steering Committee three (3) days prior to the
event.

PART I. EUCHARISTIC MASS (5:15PM – 6:30PM)

SAYAWITAN COMPETITON
GUIDELINES
1. The competition is open to all zones and ministry under the Catholic Youth Ministry of St.
Anthony de Padua Parish.
2. Each group must consist of 10 to 20 members’ ages in the range of 13 to 29 years old
only.
3. The performance must consist of song and dance presentation that uses a medley of 3
or more songs either English, Tagalog or Bisaya or a combination in relevance to the
theme “Pista sa Nayon”. Presentation should last for a minimum of 3 and a maximum of
5 minutes including entrance and exit.
4. Accompanying music may be canned or live.
5. The performance must not contain any vulgar actions, profanity in the lyrics, and any
content that could be deemed inappropriate or offensive.
6. The group entry form must be submitted three (3) days to the Secretariat Committee
prior to the conduct the said event.
7. The decision of the judges is final and irrevocable.

POSTER MAKING CONTEST
GUIDELINES
1. The competition is open to all zones and ministry under the Catholic Youth
Ministry of St. Anthony de Padua Parish. Each particularity may submit only one
(1) representative for the said event.
2. A pre-registration will be done through filling-up the Group Entry Form and must
be submitted three (3) days to the Secretariat Committee prior to the conduct the
said event.
3. The poster must illustrate, interpret and emphasize the theme which will revolve
around the Festivity of St. Anthony de Padua celebrated in the urban places of
the Philippines.
4. The posters will be drawn in a ¼ illustration board. The board, will be provided at
the venue. Participants must bring their own choice of coloring media.
5. The contest proper will start right after the celebration of Eucharist Mass.
Participants will be given one (1) hour and thirty (30) minutes to complete their
posters. The participants will be held accountable for any issues that may arise
with regards to the originality and authenticity of the design.
6. The decision of the judges is final and irrevocable.
