    EXECUTIVE ORDER NO 5
    Series of 2024

    “RE- ORGANIZING THE BARANGAY ANTI-DENGUE TASK FORCE OF


    BARANGAY KUGUITA”

    WHEREAS, Dengue has become a major public concern in the country and
    in some parts of the world,

    WHEREAS, in our country, dengue remains to be endemic and number of


    cases is expected to increase during rainy seasons,

    WHEREAS, Environmental Sanitation is still the most effective way in the


    elimination and ultimate destruction of breeding sites f the
    mosquito vector carrying disease,

    WHEREAS, Environmental Sanitation as a preventive measure can be


    achieved and sustained through community participation at the
    lowest level in the community which is the Barangay /Purok
    level.

    NOW THEREFORE, by the power vested in me by law as Punong Barangay I,


    BELINDA D. INTING, Punong Barangay of Barangay Tagdo, do hereby order the
    following;

    Creation of the Anti-Dengue Task Force of Barangay Tagdo, Mambajao Camiguin

    SECTION 1. Organization: Anti- Dengue Task Force of Barangay Kuguita is


    organized and shall be composed of the following:

    CHAIRMAN: HON. BELINDA D. INTING - Punong Barangay

    COORDINATOR: MRS. HILIE P. LABOR - Assigned Barangay Midwife

    MEMBERS

    HON. GEMMA R. BANAAG - Barangay Kagawad/Chair. On Health

    MRS.JENNY S. BERNARDO - School Principal

    MRS. MARIVIC M. CASANOS - Day Care Worker

    MRS. MARICHU D. CUBAR - Barangay Nutrition Scholar

    MRS. MINDA G. BANAAG - Barangay Health Worker


    MRS. MARIE CHU JAVELLANA - Barangay Health Worker

    MRS. LUCENA D. INTING - Barangay Health Worker

    MR. MIGUEL M. ROBLES - Barangay Tanod

    MR. GUILBERT G. BANAAG - Barangay Tanod

    SECTION 2. Functions Anti-Dengue Task force shall perform the following function:

    1. Aggressively advocate so their constituents to actively participate in the


    campaign Dengue through Massive information dissemination.

    2 Tap the support of the Socio-Civic and business sectors to generate


    resource, e. g drugs medical laboratory supplies, IEC materials, reporting forms etc.

    3. Establish a vector control and surveillance unity through the Municipal


    Health Office.

    4. Coordinate with the Municipal Anti- Dengue campaign committee on


    recording and reporting system for vector and surveillance information.

    SECTION 3. Effectivity: This order shall take effect immediately after approval.

    Done this 20th day of January 2024 at Tagdo, Mambajao, Camiguin.
