    JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DIFFERENT PERSONS

    WE, FREDILUNA S. BALANSAG and BUENAVENTURA M.


    BALANSAG, of legal age, Filipino, both married, and with residence and
    postal address at Teves Vito Minglanilla, Cebu, after having been duly
    sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say that:
    1. We personally know CRISANTO S. GEONZON, and SUNNY S.
    GEONZON are to be one and the same person;

    2. We declare, confirm and affirm that he lived in Teves Vito,


    Minglanilla, Cebu;

    3. We are not related by consanguinity or affinity to the said person of


    CRISANTO S. GEONZON; and

    4. We are executing this affidavit to confirm and affirm the foregoing


    facts for whatever legal purpose it may serve him;
