In adherence to DM No. 316 s, 2022 “ The Interim Guidelines of the Youth Commission on Election
and Appointments (YOUTH COMEA) for School Year 2022-2023”. Excerpt from the minutes of meeting
of COMEA, there was a localized schedules of SSG Electoral Activities. SSG Annual Election will be held
on September 16, 2022. During that day the Polling center opens at 7:30 A.M and at exactly 12:00 NN. As
part of the aforementioned activity a grand rally and electoral debates will happen on September 16 of the
same year at exactly 8:30 A.M. As attached in the above DM, there is a design of activities for the SSG
Electoral Procedures that must follow.

As per Enclosure N0. 1 and No. 5 to DepEd Order No. 18, s. 2021, the Department of Education (DepEd)
Division of Palawan is committed to ensure that the teaching and learning continues while securing the health, safety
and well-being of learners, teachers and other personnel who are involved in the delivery of basic education services
amidst COVID-19 Pandemic.

In connection with this, the Calawag National High School will ask permission from your good office to
conduct a three (3) day Homeroom PTA Meeting with the General PTA President to discuss about the upcoming
Moving-up Ceremony for the Grade 10 Completers for School Year 2020-2021. The said meeting will be held on the
28th , 30th day of June and on the 1st day of July of the current year at exactly 8:00 O’clock in the morning in Calawag
National High School Quadrangle, Calawag, Taytay, Palawan. Rest assured that we will strictly observe minimum
health and safety protocols and adhere to existing MITF Rules and Regulations for the safety of everyone.

Attached herewith is the Facilitation Plan and the list of parents who will attend the said meeting in their
respective schedules.

2021 for the preparation of the upcoming Taytay II District School Heads Conference on March 15, 2021 to be held in
Calawag.

As per enclosure to the OUA Memorandum 00-0821-0140 stipulated in paragraphs 1 and 2 the Department of
Education ensures the effective student leadership for every learner to acquire lifelong learning skills for the 21 st
century amid COVID-19 pandemic and to continue bringing out the learners’ leadership potential and inculcating in
their hearts the passion for service with the appropriate guidance of their teachers and other school personnel. With
this, the Department issues the Interim Guidelines on Student Government and other School Organizations’ Elections
for School Year 2021-2022 under the New Normal.

In view of this, we the members the School COMELEC will conduct a School Organization Election for the
School Year 2021-2022 specifically the Supreme Student Government as the mother school organization of the
students on the dates specified below. We are also requesting for your approval to make this students’ activity a
successful one for the development of Calawag National High School. Rest assured that the health protocols are still
our priority in the whole duration of SSG Election proceedings.

Student Government (SSG) COMELEC this chool year shall consist of teachers who have class advisory and shall be
recommended by the current SSG Adviser and to be approved by the School Head.
