Approx Distance: 125 Km • Est. Travel Time: 5 hours

Our Driver will be there to receive the Guest at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra
Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) - Nearly 135 kilometers 4 ½ - 5 hours’ drive –
Check into hotel - Over Night stay at Gangtok.

2nd Friday 7th April, 2023

Day Gangtok to Lachen - Transfer via Bhimnala, Naga waterfalls

Approx Distance: 150 Km • Est. Travel Time: 9 hours 10 minutes
 Early morning breakfast – Drive 135 kilometers, 5 – 6 hours’ drive - Chungthang is 96 kilometers
from Gangtok – Lunch at Chungthang – Lachen is 35 kilometers from Chungthang Reach Lachen
(lunch cost not included) late afternoon / early evening - The snowcapped peaks, the Shingbha
wildlife sanctuary, Gurudongmar Lake, Chopta Valley, Thangu are the major attraction – It's a
valley surrounded by gigantic and humbling snow peak mountains and the starting point of
Green Lake Trek – In fact the village cradled between stern, tall rock faces standing like guards –
A hamlet with very few people – It almost like this town is hidden from the outside – Like a
Shangri - La – Check into a hotel – Evening free to stroll – Overnight stay at Hotel in Lachen.
Suggestion Note: - • If you are an Asthma/Heart patient or any medical issue then consult your
doctor before visiting as Lachen is located in very high altitude which may cause problems. •

Day Lachen to Lachung - Transfer With Gurudongmar Lake Excursion

Approx Distance: 200 Km • Est. Travel Time: 8 hours 20 minutes

Early morning breakfast – Visit to Gurudongmar Lake 55 kilometers, 2 ½ - 3 ½ hours’ drive - A

valley at an altitude of 11, 800 feet through which Lachen Chu flows, generally covered with
snow from December to April or even more is known as the Holy / Sacred Lake - Next drive
through the cold desert till Tibet / China back to Resort for Lunch – After lunch drive to Lachung
- The region is fully covered with Rhododendron forest with Chopta Valley and Thangu are the
other places of interest - Back to hotel for lunch - After lunch proceed to Lachung – Nearly 50
kilometers and two hours’ drive – Check into hotel at Lachung - Evening free to visit Lachung
Monastery - Overnight stay at Hotel at Lachung.

Day Lachung to Gangtok - Transfer With Yumthang Valley Excursion

Approx Distance: 150 Km • Est. Travel Time: 8 hours 20 minutes

After breakfast drive towards Yumthang situated at an elevation of nearly 11800 feet -
Yumthang is a valley near the river Lachung Chu surrounded by mountains where the tree line
ends - In spring the valley erupts in riots of colors as Primulae, Rhododendrons and many other
Alpine flowers in full bloom along with snow covered valley except in autumn - During winter
Yumthang is somber with snow all around and the snow clad mountains adding to the ethereal
beauty - Return to resort at Lachung for Lunch – Transfer to Gangtok – Reach Gangtok in the
evening – Check into hotel – Night stay at Gangtok.

Gangtok and Overnight at Hotel. THE NATHULA PASS IS OPTIONAL TOUR & IT IS EXTRA
CHARGEABLE. (In case of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an
alternate sightseeing will be provided) overnight stay at Gangtok.

Govt. Holidays), Flower Show.– After That Transfer to Darjeeling – Darjeeling is nearly 135
Kilometers 3 – 3 ½ hours - At an height of 2123 meters / 70001 feet lies the land of breathtaking
beauty, sloping tea gardens with spectacular views of the Mount Everest – Popularly known as
the Queen of the hills and is also known for the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (DHR Of UNESCO

Early morning (4:00 AM) visit Tiger Hill (Subject to availability of token, if not possible at the time
of Sunrise, then it will be covered in day time.) and then back to hotel. After breakfast, starting
at 8.30 AM for joy ride (Tickets by own), Later visit Bataisa Loop, Himalayan Mountaineering
Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Ropeway, Tibetan Refugee self-

Booking Policy

Land Package Booking Payment Policy will be:

1st Payment: 30% - at the time of booking.

2nd Payment: 40% of the After Hotel Confirmation Voucher

3rd Payment: 30% of the payment 7 days before the trip

Note: 100% payment of flight amount required for flight booking

Amendment Policy

Amendment charges are applicable if guests want to change or modify their plan 48 hr after booking.

Cancellation Policy New

In the case of a Lockdown

Free postponement is also available.

The booking Amount is only adjustable against future trips.

If Guest Cancel their trip due to Covid 19 Positive or Lockdown, then only postpone option is available. Terms &
Conditions apply.

Normal Cancellation

25% is non-refundable

60 days before the departure date, 35% of the Package Cost will be deducted

45 days before the departure date: 50% of the Package Cost will be deducted

30 days before the departure date: 75% of the Package Cost will be deducted

15 days before departure date: 100% Non-Refundable.

Notes

1. For 4-star and 5-star Properties, this all-cancellation policy will not be valid; it will be considered as per hotel
policy.

2. In case of any cancellation, we cannot adjust the advance amount against another traveller, including a
family member. Package cost will be adjusted in package bookings only.

3. If Guest Cancel their trip due to Covid 19, it will be retired case to a case basis.

1. Any Indian National visiting Sikkim requires to carry a Photo ID Proof (Voter ID / Passport / PAN Card /
Driving License) in order to obtain Tsomgo Lake permit for the above.

2. Non-Indian Passport holders are not allowed to visit Baba Mandir.

3. Non-Indian Passport holders are required to obtain inner line permits.

Nathula Pass Permits may be granted on a clubbing basis.

Some sightseeing points may or may not be openly mentioned in the itinerary. It will depend on the local
authorities.
During high season, transport rates here tend to be dynamic due to a shortage of vehicles. Hence if you book
late, the quote may change. Please consult our sales executives.

The availability of hotels is not checked yet; if any particular hotel is not available, similar categories of hotels
will be provided after consultation with you. The hotel names are given for reference purposes only.

In case of cab crises and market uncertainty, we can charge as per market validation.

In any case of Landslide / Road Blockage / Road Construction in these cases, our driver has to Re-routing, and
the driver can charge the difference amount directly from the guest/tourists.

In case of a room category/hotel unavailability, we can provide/offer a similar hotel/room category.

As per current rule, only 300 cars are allowed or permitted to go to Tiger Hill, so only the car receiving a permit
will be allowed to visit it. Batasia Loop & Ghoom Monastery can be done along with the other 7 Points since
they are not allowed to stay in the early morning.
