Congratulations and Welcome to Knoah! We are pleased to make this offer and are delighted to have you as a part
of our Team!

You will be issued a letter of appointment with Knoah Solutions Private Limited upon meeting the pre requisites as
mentioned below. Meanwhile, we are pleased to issue Letter of offer.

Salient Terms & Conditions of your appointment with Knoah Solutions are as follows:

Your business title will be “eSupport Officer” with Organization Band “S” and Sub-band “S - 1”.

1. Your annual Total Cost to the Company will be Rs. 1,26,975 PA (One Lakh Twenty Six Thousand Nine
Hundred and Seventy Five Rupees Only) as fixed pay component. Wherever applicable you will be eligible
for Variable payout based on various programs in your respective business functions. Other benefits or
allowances are paid in addition to your TCC.

2. Your place of work will be “Hyderabad”. The following has been agreed upon:

• Date of Joining: 21st Jan,2016


• Reporting Time: 02:00 PM

3. As a part of your employment you may be required to register at the National Skills Registry developed by
NASSCOM. This enables the Company to assess your credentials from the standpoint of personal, academic
and career information. The registration also secures your identity and credentials from potential misuse, as well
as offers increased security for the Company.

4. You shall be required to provide the Company all documents and information as set forth in Annexure I of this
Letter of Offer.

5. Knoah Solutions operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You will be expected to attend office - as assigned to
you. As a Full time employee, you will be eligible for 2 weekly offs, any two days of the week, depending
upon business needs. You may however be required to attend office on your off days if the business needs so
demand. In such cases, you will be eligible for compensatory pay/ off according to Company policy.

6. If any information furnished by you in your application for employment or during the selection process is found
to be incorrect or false at any time during your employment, and / or if you have suppressed material
information regarding your qualification and experience, the Company may terminate your services without any
notice or compensation.

Please note: Associate contributions:


a. You will be required to contribute employee contribution of 12% on basic salary towards Provident Fund
(PF) monthly.
b. If your fixed total earning is less then Rs.15000 P.M, your contribution towards ESIC fund will be 1.75%
on total monthly fixed earnings.
c. Gratuity will paid as per the gratuity Act
d. Other benefits are over and above the Knoah's TCC
You shall be eligible to be part of the unique program referred to as the PERIODIC HIKE MODEL for being part of
the delivery unit/ account for first 12 months tenure with the organization. Program will cease automatically on
moving to 13th month of your tenure with the delivery unit/account. The program enables you to perform and earn
more through periodic increments for a specific period.
a) You will be eligible for a Fixed hike on your base TCC on successful completion of On-boarding, training
and nesting i.e. effective 4th month of your tenure
b) On completion of 6 months tenure with the organization and beginning of 7 th month, you will be eligible
for increment based on your performance during the tenure. SMART framework and force distribution will
be applied to determine the increment percentage.
c) On completion of 12 months tenure, effective 13 th month you will be eligible for Annual Performance
appraisal hike based on your performance. SMART framework and force distribution will be applied to
determine the increment percentage.
d) Period hike mode ceases on completion of 12months tenure with the organization
