Q) What are the products that Shine Projects is currently offering?

etc, but you are recruited for the marketing of the “Life Navigator “
Mentorship program.

Q) What is my role in Shine Projects as a HR intern?


➢ Your role will be hire Marketing consultants who will do the sales
and marketing of our Life Navigator program,

Q) How do I hire a sales agent under me?


➢ Simply login to your dashboard and send them the referral link
present there. They will then fill up a form and as soon as they
submit the form, they will reflect in your dashboard as agents.
Q) What is my Internship duration?
➢ Duration by default is for 30 days but you can do the internship for
an extended tenure by applying for an extension after 30 days get

Q) How do I get a LinkedIn recommendation on my profile?

➢ After finishing your work tenure, please connect with

Q) How to get a permanent job with ₹8,00,000 salary at SHINE


PROJECTS Hyderabad location?
Ans) Earn ₹1,00,000 via your variable pay methodology & you will be
sent an offer letter for the full-time employment in Hyderabad for a HR
Manager profile. We also offer work from home full time jobs.

Q) Are we provided leads from the company to hire agents who will sell the
Life Navigator Program?
➢ Yes, we will provide you with leads for cold calling but only after 1
week from the commencement of your Internship. In the first
week:
1. Hire the agents from different social media platforms
2. Try to talk to people you already know(FB friends/family members/
your school teachers) and make them your agents via your referral
link in your dashboard.After 1 week we will provide leads if you
require them. To get leads, message your group admin.

Q) I am happy that the company is giving me leads to hire agents. Can I


have a script on how to talk to a potential agent?

Q) Before hiring agent, can I get information on what to send them?


➢ Send the brochure & your unique referral link. Rest of it needs to
be explained on the phonecall.
Q) After hiring an agent, what is the next step?
➢ Have an online meeting with the agent and show our website,
products etc. to the agent and motivate them to sell the Life
Navigator and make money (Of course the company will also
conduct sessions for them separately but you can always do
your part)
➢ Add them into a special WhatsApp group based on their gender

Q) How will my agents login into their dashboard?

Q) What is the strategy my agent/consultant should implement to be


successful in their assignment?
 They need to simply make listing of the product in the business listing
websites
 From the enquiries that will come, they need to offer the free
Psychometric test and then convince the client to purchase the package.

Q) How reliable is the psychometric Assessment?

Ans) It is extremely reliable considering the theories (MBTL, HOLLAND,


VARK, DBDA) used by our psychologists while creating the test.

Q) Will my dashboard show me how many enrolments my agent has done


for the Life Navigator?

Q) How will we keep track of the number of enrolments done by us and


payments?
➢ You have to login to their dashboard via

Q) Agent reports that transaction is not reflecting even after the client paid,
what should I do?
➢ Instruct the agent to send a WhatsApp message at 7893780465 and
wait for 2hrs for a revert.

Q) What is the age segment suitable for Life Navigator program?


Ans) Clients between ages 12 years to 60 years can benefit from the program.

Q) How should agent convince a client for digital counselling sessions?


Ans) Agent should talk to client about the benefits possible by going digital:

Convenience:
 Access therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or any location with
internet access.
 Schedule appointments at times that suit your schedule, eliminating the
need for travel to a physical office.

Q) How do I motivate myself in the 1st week of joining?

Ans) Take up a Quiz via your dashboard to attain a *SPOT LETTER OF


APPRECIATION*. In that process you will learn 100% of your job profile
and get motivated too! Login to your dashboard, check the menu on the top
left corner and click on "Test for LOA".

Q) What should my agents answer when their clients ask - why is this
assessment necessary for them?

➢ Instruct the agent to explain to them the following points:


1. The sooner you know the aptitude, traits, intellect, abilities and
interest of your child, the better you can assist him/her in helping
them to choose which way to go ahead.
2. The sooner you start the better you can prepare as you’ll get more
time for preparing with everything necessary for your child to nurture
their talent and tread on their career paths.
3. Choosing an incompatible career path ahead is a waste of time,
money and resources that could be utilized in a better way. This in
turn provides immense opportunities to you, giving you a cutting edge
over other people.
4. A proper counselling can be taken at any point of time to assist in
clearing out doubts, addressing the pain points your child has and
boosting their confidence or to simply explore new options and
opportunities.
Q) How reliable is the psychometric Assessment?

Stipend & Certificate related FAQ
Q) What is the stipend when my agent sells Life Navigator?
Ans) You will earn ₹2,000 for each enrolment done by your agent.
After 2 Enrolments are done, you will Earn an extra Internship slab
stipend of ₹5,000.

Q) As an example, how much reward will I earn when agents collectively


do 10 enrolments for Life Navigator?
Ans)
➢ For each enrolment done by agent you would earn ₹2,000 so its
₹2000*10= ₹20,000
➢ You will earn an extra ₹5,000 slab stipend after 2 enrolments
➢ So the total earnings is ₹25,000

Q) Will the slab stipends be valid during my extension phase?


Ans) No. Slab stipend of ₹5,000 should be earned during the 1 st month only.
However ₹2,000 variable stipend can be earned as long as agent is
contributing to the company.

Q) How will the company pay me the stipend?

Ans) Payments are done via Razorpay. The payment links will be sent to
you via SMS on your phone number, once you do an enrolment.

Step 1: Open the link and verify your number via an OTP.

Step 2: Enter bank or UPI details as per your preference.

Step 3: It’s a processing step, after which the payment will be credited in
your account within no time.

Note: You don't have to download or register yourself in Razorpay. We will


simply SMS you the payment links on your phone and then just follow the
above steps to claim your rewards.
Q) What is the minimum criteria to receive the internship certificate?

Ans) 2 Enrolments are mandatory to attain the certificate

Q) What is the minimum criteria for agent receive their experience certificate?

Ans) 3 Enrolments are mandatory to attain the certificate

Q) How much per enrolment would my agent be earning?


Ans) ₹2,000 per enrolment
Q) Are the HR Interns given any special reward on being the "Top
Performer"?

Ans) Yes, after your agents collectively attain 10 sales (enrolments) you will
be recognized as our "Star Performer of the Month!!" We will tag you and
post in the whatsapp groups + on the linkedin from our company’s page.

Q) What will an intern get on becoming the "Star Performer of the Month!!"?

Ans) An Appreciation Certificate will be loaded into your dashboard


automatically after your dashboard reflects 10 enrolments.

Q) When will I get certificate for the internship?


Ans) If T is the 30th day of your internship, You will get the certificate on T+1
date, unless there is an internship extension.

Q) Can I take my certificate but keep providing enrolments to make some part
time money?
Ans) Yes

Q) If I am unable to convince the agent all by myself, will the company help?
Ans) Yes, reach out to 7893780465 via whatsapp you will get all the help you
need.

Q) As a HR, Can I myself do the business listings and convince clients to


purchase the Life Navigator?
Ans) We strongly recommend you do so because:
1) You will learn convincing skills which are very essential in a HR profile also
2) Your certificate has a minimum gate criteria so its good to parallelly
contribute from your end also if your agents are unable to do it
3) There is a unique enrolment link in your dashboard also, you can send it to
clients and register clients yourself
