    ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

    This offer is made on the basis of the statement of your qualifications as contained in the copies of
    certificates that you supplied along with your application for admission and is therefore subject to
    satisfactory verification by the Polytechnic. Any information found to be untrue will automatically
    lead to nullification of this offer.
    In view of this, you MUST, on the reporting date, present the following;

     Two (2) Passport size photos,


     Two (2) copies of letter of offer of Admission,
     Originals and Copies of the following: (a) KCPE result slip, (b) KCSE result slip, (c) Birth
    certificate, (d) National ID card,
     Data Capture Form A (downloadable from mis.kabetepoly.ac.ke after completing your
    data submission)
     Duly signed Bond of Conduct (form B) , Medical Certificate of fitness (form C)
    (downloadable from mis.kabetepoly.ac.ke),
     Training requirements (Available on the mis.kabetepoly.ac.ke).

    The offer is also subject to the following conditions:

    i. Your undertaking to adhere to the Rules and Regulations, governing studentship of the
    Polytechnic
    ii. Your acceptance to pay fees in accordance with the Polytechnic fee payment
    guidelines).
    iii. Your promise to abide by the terms and conditions set out in the attached declaration
    for Admission and;
    iv. Your execution of the attached Bond of conduct (downloadable from
    mis.kabetepoly.ac.ke)
    FEE PAYMENT
    Fees is payable in full on or before commencement of each Term. A Trainee shall be allowed to
    register only after paying full fees as per the new Government fee payment model available at
    www.hef.co.ke
    You are thereafter required to download the Polytechnic’s Fee Structure (Available on the
    Dashboard) and make payments as per your need level and submit M-Pesa message/ payment
    receipt through www.mis.kabetepoly.ac.ke

    CATERING AND ACCOMODATION


    Limited Accommodations is available at the Polytechnic. Trainees are thus advised to confirm
    availability of hostel before paying the accommodation fee. The slots are only allocated upon
    payment of full tuition fees and priority will be given to persons living with disability.
    Allocation of Hostels to interested persons will be done during Registration on reporting day and
    will be based on first come first served.
    The Polytechnic operates cafeteria system i.e. Pay as You Eat which has incorporated a cashless
    payment system using the equity bank smart card. This technology allows parents/guardians to
    top up the credit on their son’s/daughter’s cards using Mpesa or direct bank deposits. We
    encourage you to purchase meals in the Polytechnic as they are safe and highly subsidized
    (Download Reporting and Orientation Program)
