cent into the property… so… for an offer like that… how much
would you take?”

your neighbors sold their homes for?”

number in mind that if they got that number, they would sell…
what would your number be?”

4. “If you totally fixed up this property, what do you think it would
sell for if it was in perfect condition?.. How much do you think it
would cost to get it into perfect condition?

5. “I won’t hold you to it, but can you give me a ballpark of what
price you might take so I’m not wasting your time?”

6. “It looks like homes in the area similar to yours are selling for
around (50-66% of ZILLOW’S ZESTIMATE)... is that how much
you were thinking?”
