The Problem
Project leaders, team leaders, scrum masters, etc. managing Product Development, DevOps
& IT teams are struggling with the following problems on a daily basis.
Distributed teams using different software tools

Project and team leaders are managing distributed teams that are using different software
tools. As a result, project and team leaders lack a unified view because information is
spread out in multiple software tools. This necessitates the team leaders to collate data
from different sources to compile a meaningful report manually, that often involves
significant time and resources to produce. More over by the time such a report is produced
the actual data on basis which such a report is created would have also in most likelihood
been updated rendering such a report obsolete or not in tune with latest data.
Identifying risk requires manually analyzing vast data

Once the information from the different software tools is integrated for reporting purpose,
and now all the information from the different software tools is in a single place, this is not
an adequate or helpful solution.
What project and team leaders will see are a vast number of correlated metrics/KPIs that
still need to manually inspected and analyzed to get project status and identify problem
or risk areas.
Expecting project and team leaders to go through so much manual effort, especially on a
regular basis, is not realistic.
The effort of integrating the information from the different software tools is wasted since
project and team leaders will continue doing what they have always done, which is rely on
team meetings and discussions to get project status and identify problem or risk areas.
The ITechgenic Solution

Itechgenic solutions address these problems with:
Automated Reporting Module (ARM)

This integrated dashboard provides the much-needed foundation with a unified view
collating information from different software tools or excels sheets, that would be used by
software development teams. This foundation is critical to ensure an integrated view and
lessen the burden on the managers in having to spend time in searching for related
information and compiling reports manually.
Project Risk Advisory Module (PRAM)

Once the information is integrated through ARM at a single place, the PRAM can be
taken up for implementation in following phase. This will enable all problem/risk areas
to be intelligently and automatically identified thereby eliminating manual analysis.
Since manual analysis is eliminated, the old, subjective process of identifying problem
and risk areas through team meetings and discussions is replaced with a new, objective,
data driven process resulting in superior decision making, greater reliability in project
delivery, and increased customer satisfaction. Such an AI powered early warning system
forecasts trends at the project, team, resource and module level and identifies
problem/risk areas before they actually occur.

Terms of Engagement
1. The Pilot Engagement Package is offered by ITechgenicGlobal Pte Limited as a

managed service offering that includes setup, configuration, demonstrations, training,
customer service and technical support to demonstrate the value add for the ARM
capabilities of ARRAS.
2. Pre-built data integrations with Jira, GitHub, and any other tools that Enable x is using
are currently available. Additional, pre-built data integrations can be added on a regular
basis.
3. While customizations and data integrations with custom, legacy, in-house solutions
are not included in the scope of the managed service offering, the addition and
timeline of new features/enhancements and pre-built data integrations will be based
on collaborative discussion and mutual agreement.
4. Enable x agrees to provide ITechgenicGlobal Pte Limited API access to

Transfer information from the software tools to ITechgenic Data Lake. Itechgenic will only
take ‘Read only access ‘and not the source code or ‘Write Access’
5. Enablex agrees that ITechgenic Global Pte Limited may identify Enable x as a
customer and use Enable x ’s name and logo in sales presentations in
marketing materials and press releases.
6. This agreement can be terminated by any party by giving a 7 days’ notice.
