Parties
This REMOTE CONTRACT made as of July 17 2024 is between CEO
Angelica Houston of Mike Web , with its principal place of business at
United States,New Jersey 36 Bispham St Mount Holly ,08060 and Edelyne
Tabing
WHEREAS the Company believes and acknowledges that the Employee has
the necessary qualifications and skills to render Work that benefit the
Company and the business, and the Employer desires to render such
services upon the terms and conditions set out in this Contract.
IN CONSIDERATION of the promises and other good and valuable
consideration, the Parties agree to the terms as follows:
Terms and Conditions
• TRAINING PERIOD
The Employee will undergo a paid training period of 30-40 days as deemed
by the Employer . After this training period the Employee should be able to
learn and master the following points :
• Account Warm-up techniques :

Learn the importance of gradually increasing activity on newly created


accounts to avoid suspicion and potential restrictions. This includes
performing slow and incremental tasks, such as progressively
increasing follows, likes, and interactions, to build a natural and
credible account presence.

• Navigating Activity Limits and Restrictions:

• Familiarize themselves with the specific activity limits on follows, likes,


comments, and messages for each platform to prevent account
restrictions.

• Creating High-Quality and Engaging Content:

• Develop skills in crafting engaging, valuable content that resonates with


the target audience and fosters organic engagement.
• Recognizing and Avoiding Algorithm Triggers:

• Understand how social media algorithms detect spammy behavior and


learn strategies to maintain authentic interactions to avoid being
flagged.

• Implementing Diverse Marketing Strategies:

• Explore and implement a variety of marketing approaches beyond social


media, such as email marketing, content marketing, and influencer
collaborations, to ensure a robust and resilient marketing strategy.

The training period is paid and is intended to prepare the Employee for the
responsibilities outlined in this contract.
• MEETING AND INTEGRATION
Upon successful completion of the training period, the Employee will
conduct a general and technical virtual meeting with the company
board. After this meeting, and upon approval by the board, the
Employee will be officially integrated into the team and will commence
their duties as a Social Media Manager under the terms and conditions
specified in this contract.

• TERM AND TERMINATION

It is the intention of both parties to form a long and mutually profitable


relationship. This relationship is for a fixed term of 6 months commencing
on the start date of employment. At the end of the fixed term, the contract
shall automatically terminate unless it is renewed or extended by mutual
agreement between the Employer and the Employee.
This relationship may also be terminated by either party at any time with
written notice delivered to the other party. In case of a termination by the
Employer before the end of the fixed term, the Employee shall be entitled to
receive payment for any work performed up to the date of termination,
including any applicable commissions or bonuses. The Employee shall also
return any Employer property, including confidential information, upon
termination.
• POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Employee shall be employed as a Social Media Manager, and shall be
responsible for managing and performing marketing tasks on various social
media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, and others
as determined by the Employer. The essential job functions and duties of
the Employee shall include, but are not limited to:
• Developing and implementing social media marketing strategies
• Creating and curating engaging social media content

• Monitoring social media channels for trends and opportunities

• Engaging with customers and followers on social media

• Analyzing and reporting on social media performance metrics

• Collaborating with other teams and departments as necessary

The Employee shall work an average of 4-6 flexible hours per day,
depending on the nature and difficulty of the tasks assigned to them by the
Employer.
Given the straightforward, and the part time nature of the work assigned,
the employee agrees to work on a 7 day/week basis as deemed necessary by
the employer. Should the employee find it challenging to adhere to a 7 day
part-time work arrangement, an alternative option of a 6 day schedule is
available. However, it is important to note that the compensation will be
adjusted proportionately, reflecting the deduction for the free day.
The Employee shall also perform other duties within the reasonable scope
of their work as assigned by the Employer from time to time.
• COMPENSATION
1. Training Period
This training period is designed as a learning experience, primarily
consisting of account warm-up tasks where minimal wok is conducted .
At the end of this Phase the Company shall pay the Employee 60% of the
base salary ( 510 US Dollars) regardless of whether the Employee passes or
fails the training session + performance bonuses if any .
2. Regular Period

During the Employment Term of the Regular Period , the Company shall
pay the Employee a base salary of $850 (US Dollars) /month +
performance bonuses at the end of each month . Payment will be made
through one of the following online payment systems:

• PayPal Inc.

• Skrill

• Wise

• Direct Bank transfer


The Employee shall select one of the above payment options to receive their
salary and bonuses. If the Employee does not have access to PayPal Skrill or
Wise , the Employer shall make the payment through direct bank transfer.
The Employee will be eligible for full payment, benefits, and any applicable
bonuses every 30 days .
• CONFIDENTIALITY
6.1 The Employee acknowledges that, during the course of their
employment, they will have access to and become acquainted with
confidential and proprietary information and trade secrets owned by the
Employer, its affiliates, and its clients.
6.2 The Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all such
confidential and proprietary information and trade secrets, and not to
disclose such information to any third party or use it for any purpose other
than in the performance of their duties as an employee of the Employer.
• GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. The parties irrevocably
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in
the County of Bergen, New Jersey, for the purpose of any action or
proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement, and waive any
objection to venue in such courts.
