    RESOLUTION NO. 23 S - 2024


    ADOPTING CITY ORDINANCE N0.101, S 2002 REGULATING THE RULES AND
    REGULATIONS FOR THE EFFECTIVE FRADICATION AND CONTROL RABIES
    IN THE CITY OF BALANGA.

    WHE EAS, dogs athe main carrier of rabies while rodents and garbage are its .main spirce
    and habitat;

    WHEREAS, rabies is a fatal and communicable disease therefore children are prone to dog
    attacks to protect them we should consult to the health office for rabies vaccination of all pets
    specially dogs;

    NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Barangay. Kagawad .Lori C. De Jesus seconded by


    Barangay Kagawad Susan Tiangco;

    RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by this body in a regular session, duly


    convened, through this Resolution, to adopt the CITY ORDINANCE NO 101, S 2002
    REGULATING THE RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE EFFECTIVE
    ERADICATION AND CONTROL OF RABIES IN THE CITY OF BALANGA;

    Enacted and approved this 24th day of June, 2024 in the Brgy. Cupang North, Balanga City, Bataan.
