‭SHIPMENTS FROM USA‬

‭Transportation if required:‬

-‭ Chassis rental: after two days of use, will be charged U$D 70/Ctn per day;‬
‭- Trucking cost may vary due to trucking availability;‬
‭- Subject to redelivery and storage fees due to congestion at terminals and ramps;‬
‭- Subject to per diem fees due to congestion at terminals and ramps;‬
‭- If carrier’s considers a different terminal, BA Shipping will not be responsible for any extra cost;‬
‭- Pickup/delivery dates are subject to change based on trucker availability;‬
‭- Subject to Port Congestion Fee (Waiting time): U$D 150/Ctn per hour after 01 hour free;‬
‭- Free time for loading / unloading: 1 hour free, U$D 150 per hour thereafter‬

-‭ General Rate Increases‬


‭- Trucker and equipment availability.‬
‭- Chassis split fee if the shipping line do not provide the chassis at the depot, U$D 240/ctn per split if‬
‭applicable.‬
‭- Rehook charges: U$D 200/Ctn if applicable (if the trucker charges us when they go to SSL Empty Depot‬
‭and there is no container available so they have to return to the patio or drive to another depot).‬
‭- Commodities are subject to carrier’s approval.‬

‭Cargo weight restriction:‬

-‭ 20 ft dry cargo - Cargo exceeding 39,200 lbs. (17,781 kgs) and up to 44,000 lbs. (19,958 kgs) are subject‬
‭to tri-axle costs.‬
‭- 40 ft dry - Cargo exceeding 44,000 lbs. (19,958 kgs) are allowed on the roads in states where‬
‭overweight permits are issued.‬
‭- 40 ft high cube - Cargo exceeding 43,700 lbs. (19,822 kgs) are allowed on the roads in states where‬
‭overweight permits are issued.‬
‭** 40ft overweight permit: maximum allowed weight and additional fees vary by state.‬

‭ ithout limiting the foregoing, customer shall be responsible for all demurrage, detention and storage‬

‭charges, expenses and fees charged at the destination of the shipment with respect to Customer’s‬
‭shipments, storage of shipments and/or use of containers and equipment, not otherwise specifically‬
‭addressed in any future freight or shipping documentation entered into between Customer and‬
‭Principal, whether imposed on Customer, Principal or Principal’s agents; provided that Principal and/or‬
‭Principal’s agents are not primarily responsible for the imposition of such demurrage, detention or‬
‭additional storage charges, expenses or fees.‬
