background and experience in the marketing field?
Candidate: Certainly! My name is Dhruv Sharma, and I recently graduated with a bachelor’s
degree in marketing from the University of Delhi, New Delhi. During my time in college, I
completed internships at two different companies where I gained hands-on experience in
digital marketing, social media management, and market research. I'm excited to start my
career in marketing and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Interviewer: That’s great to hear. Could you elaborate on your internship experiences and
what you learned from them?
Candidate: During my first internship at Boat, I was responsible for assisting with social
media campaigns, content creation, and analyzing performance metrics. I learned the
importance of understanding target audiences and creating engaging content. My second
internship was at Nike, where I focused on email marketing, SEO, and competitive analysis.
This experience taught me how to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Interviewer: Can you share a project or campaign you worked on during your internships
that you’re particularly proud of?
Candidate: Certainly. At Boat, I was part of a team that developed a social media campaign
for a new product launch. My role was to create content and manage the posting schedule.

client's social media platforms. It was a great learning experience, and I was proud to see our
efforts pay off.
