Section 5:
Fire fighting measures : Negligible fire and explosion hazard.
Fire fighting media : Carbon Dioxide, Dry Chemical, water spray or sand.
Fire fighting precaution : In the event of a fire, wear full protective clothing and use
approved self contained breathing apparatus with full face piece operated in the pressure
demand or other positive pressure mode. Keep unnecessary people away. Use as little
water as possible. Dike area of fire to prevent material run-off. Decontaminate emergency
personnel with soap and water before leaving the fire area. Avoid breathing dust vapors
and fumes from burning materials.

Accidental release measure : In case material spilled, avoid contact, use suitable
protective equipments.(section 8) and all fire prevention procedures (section 5). Keep
unnecessary people away. Isolate hazard area and deny entry. Move container away form
spill to a safe area. Shovel or sweep dry material or absorb spills with suitable absorbing
material and place in a sealed container for disposal.

Handling and Storage :
Handling Precautions : Do not get in eyes, skin or clothing. Remove contaminated
clothing immediately. Wear clean clothing each day, launder before reusing. Wash
thoroughly after handling.
Storage Precaution : Store at cool, dry area designated specially for pesticides. Do not
store any material intended for use or consumption by humans or animals. Store only in
original container. Store below 40 0 C.
