Activity #1

1. In doing some of your exercise workouts or programs, do you consciously consider and
follow significant principles such as MFIT, exercise training principles, three phases of exercise
program? What are your realization and future plans?

Of course, I do think about things like MFIT, exercise training concepts, and the three stages of
an exercise program when I plan my workouts. It's like having a plan for how to get fit, you
know? MFIT helps me set clear, measurable goals, and exercise training principles tell me how
to organize my workouts so they work best. And yes, those three stages are very important for
moving forward and staying off of plateaus.

I've come to realize how important it is to make sure my workouts are suited to my needs and
goals. I'm learning how to change things so they work best for me because not all programs are
the same.

As time goes on, I'm thinking about making my habits even more unique. HIIT or yoga could be
used as different types of training to keep things interesting and work on different muscle parts.
Besides that, I'm interested in nutrition and how it affects exercise, so I want to learn more about
that too.
