Manufacturing Process

Manufacturing is a process that produces goods by combining supplies,

ingredients, or raw materials utilizing tools, human labor, and machinery in

compliance with a method. This is based on the flow of successive steps, with

the completion of one-step leading to the start of the next. The goal of

manufacturing is to convert resources into tangible goods and merchandise of

higher value and greater quality.

Description of the Process

1. Workplace Safety Inspection.

The environment, first aid facilities, electrical, and walkways are

required to be inspect first to ensure the workplace’s safety and

cleanliness to prevent any potential damage from happening. The

inspection will take 30 minutes.

2. Preparation and Inspection of Cooking Tools and Equipment.

Preparing all necessary tools for production and assessing to detect

any safety and health risks or defects in order to guarantee effective and

consistent production. Inspecting the refrigerator and oven, as well as the

gas-powered equipment for a stable blue flame. Gathering the tools

needed, such as a muffin or cupcake pan, spatula, rolling pin, piping bag,

etc., to ensure its cleanliness. This includes wearing appropriate attire and
taking the workers' cleanliness into account. It will take 30 minutes to

check everything.

3. Preparation of Ingredients.

Arranging and thoroughly preparing the ingredients that will be used

will take 30 minutes to prepare. To prevent filth that could pose a harm to

one's health or safety, wash the necessary ingredients beforehand. 2.5

cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. of instant yeast, 2 tsp. of sugar, ½ tsp. of salt,

2 tbsp. of oil, and 1 cup of warm water are the required ingredients for the

dough. For the toppings, grated cheese, tomato paste, potatoes, ham,

mushroom, bell pepper, and onions to complete the ingredients.

4. Dough Making.

Begin by gradually adding a half-cup of water and gently folding the

flour over the liquid. Mix it until the dough comes together. Activate the

gluten in the dough for a good stretchy texture and flavor. This procedure

will take about 20 minutes to complete.

5. Kneading the Dough.

Flour your work surface to keep the dough from sticking to it. Place all

of the dough on the work surface and knead for 5 minutes. Do not over

knead the dough; doing so will result in a crust that is more like fine

crumbs than a light, airy pizza crust. Finally, shape the dough into a round.

The entire process will take 10 minutes.

6. Dough Proofing.

Smear some oil around a clean large bowl and place the dough in it.

Allow it to rest for 1 hour, covered with a dry cloth. With the use of yeast,

the dough will double in size. The following procedure will take 1 hour and

10 minutes.

7. Filling the Cupcake Tray with the Dough.

On a floured surface, stretch the dough with a rolling pin on a pizza

pan for a faster and more even result. To transfer the dough to the

cupcake tray, wrap it around the rolling pin. Starting at one side of the tray,

unroll the dough while holding the rolling pin over it. Press the dough lightly

into the tray's bottom and up the sides. This can be done for 20 minutes.

8. Layering of Dough, Tomato paste, Cheese, and Different Toppings.

Just like a pizza, add the tomato paste and grated cheese, the only

difference is to add the tomato paste again. On top of that, place the ham,

mushroom, bell pepper, and onions, which are toppings. Layer it by

repeating the process, from adding the dough to placing the toppings. This

will take 45 minutes to be finished.

9. Preheating the Oven.

Preheating the oven before putting the product in will yield the best

cooking results. Oven temperature should be set between 250 to 260 °C.

The oven typically needs 20 minutes to heat up.

10. Baking The Pizza Cupcake.

Place The Pizza Cupcake inside the oven once it has reached the

right temperature, and bake for 12 to 15 minutes for ideal results. Cook the

pizza as rapidly as you can for a crispy crust and chewy center. On the

other hand, keep an eye on your pizza while it bakes to prevent burning. It

will take 20 minutes to bake.

11. Boiling and Mashing the Potato.

Put the potatoes in a big pot of salted, boiling water to start. Cook

the potatoes until they are soft on a low heat setting. After draining, put the

potatoes back in the pot. Use a potato masher or a mixer to combine the

potatoes until they are smooth and creamy. To taste, add salt and pepper

to the food. It will take 30 minutes to make the mashed potatoes.

12. Placing the Mashed Potato on Top as an Icing.

Place the tip you want to use at the bottom of the bag. With a

spatula, tuck the bag's opening under and fill it with the mashed potatoes.

A rubber band should be used to gather and secure the remaining bag

material. In order to drive all of the filling toward the cupizzas, forcefully

squeeze the piping bag from the back. 45 minutes will pass throughout this

process.

13. Packaging.
The finished Pizza Cupcake can be put in a tidy cupcake box.

Utilizing a cupcake box makes it easier for the product to remain stable

and upright, preventing any icing (mashed potato) from smudging and

being crushed. The box, which has a handle to hold, can securely hold two

cupizzas without any problems. It will take 25 minutes to package the item

carefully.

14. Quality Inspection.

Before the product is shipped or given to customers, its quality must

be reviewed in order to fix any issues and make sure that it complies with

standards. Verifying package regulations and paying close attention to

details might help prevent faulty and defective goods. It will take 25

minutes to inspect the product thoroughly.

15. Delivery.

It will take a 30-minutes wait for the employee to deliver the finished

goods to clients or retailers. We guarantee the quickest, safest, and finest

quality feasible product delivery.

16. Accepting Online Orders and/or Direct Purchases along with

Online Marketing.

Purchasing direct from the manufacturer can offer a better purchase

price. The internet and social media make it simple for customers to find

and order our product. A social media platform was created to market the
product and process your orders. You can find all the information and

specifics about the product within. Most orders or product purchases take

15 minutes or less.

17. Cleaning the Area and Equipment.

The producing area must be well cleaned in order to avoid

contamination. Every piece of used equipment needs to be thoroughly

cleaned and each surface must be sanitize as well. After removing the

floor mats, clean the area by sweeping and mopping. All of the garbage

must be disposed of and separated. It will take an hour to thoroughly polish

the workspace.

Time and Motion Study

A Time and Motion Study is conducted to measure and quantify production

in a business. It highlights the time taken for each process and the motion or

physical activity involves which helps the business control and improves time

management effectively and efficiently.
