Hajj visa is issued by Ministry of religious affairs & Saudi Consulate, we will not be responsible for any delays or
non-issuance of Hajj Visa.

Rooms once booked, cannot be cancelled. They can only be transferred to another customer (if possible) at a price
accepted by the new Hajji & any difference will be original customer’s risk, plus service fee of SR. 5000/- per person
will be charged.

The exchange rate as on the date of payment will be applicable. If the rate increases between time of initial deposit &
the time of final & full payment, current exchange rate / TT rate will be applicable on the remaining amount.

Sharing in Bronze & Gold Mina Cabins can vary +/- 1Pax.

Gold & Platinum MINA Services are subject to Govt. Approval, if you want to get this service in Sharing instead of Family of
5 persons it will be available subject to complete booking of 5 in th tent.
