Key Responsibilities
• Managing different MIS for respective locations including managing Legal and Technical report as well as agencies.
• Disbursement related all the activities will be undertaken
• Training, Process improvement, Special assignment, support provided to Existing CPC, policy feedback, vendor
management, participation in pilot runs/testing etc. Feedback from CO team & Zonal Credit Manager/National
Credit Manager - Job enrichment & Training initiative, Support to new locations & products. Feedback from Head
Credit - & Other stake holders will be the source.
• Stakeholder management
• Idea generation for new projects for process efficiency and cost saving.
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• Graduate / Post- Graduation (MBA preferred)
• Experience in retail banking with team handling.
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess:
• Knowledge of credit, industry and product trends
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
• Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
