Are You Paying Attention?

We can sometimes get so busy that it feels like we’re just living the life that is handed to us. If we
forget to take time for ourselves, stress can build, creating imbalances in our bodies and minds.
Maintaining high-intensity levels of stress can feel like running a marathon every day and will
eventually break the body down. But it doesn’t have to be this way. Within you lies a roadmap to the
life you dream about, the one that often feels unattainable.

We’re running off of scarcity programs — a belief that we have a deep to-do list to check off before
we can take care of ourselves, that there isn’t enough abundance of freedom, wealth, love, success
to meet everyone’s desires, or that we have no control over what happens in our lives.

Science1 has shown us that the observer (us) can affect matter (our life experiences). We attract
into our lives the people, circumstances, and opportunities that match the vibe or frequency we’re
putting out. It can be hard to accept that we are the authors of our own story. Manifestation experts2
tell us that our thoughts send out an electrical signal carrying the frequency of what we’re focused
on (our intention), and our emotions become the magnetic charge that draws an event back to us.

So, clearing the deck — even if for just 5 minutes — to allow some inner space will make a world of
difference. Simply allowing the space to calm your mind and relax your body lets you reset your inner
state, getting out of your head and into the fluidity of the moment.

This is key, because it allows you to pay attention to how you feel in your body and the subtle
guidance that the universe provides to let you know which way to go for the best outcome.

Many of us are so busy trying to meet other people’s needs that we feel guilty if we try to meet our
own. But this works against us because underlying those feelings of guilt is a general belief that we
are not worthy. Well, we’re here to remind you that you are worthy. That your needs, your desires,
your vision for how you’d like your life to be are important. And moving from a feeling of not being
worthy to knowing you’re worthy is key in manifesting the life you want.

How to Make Use of This Guide
You don’t need another to-to list. You probably have enough of those already. Think of this guide
as an invitation to be in this moment. This moment right now. Where laundry isn’t a priority, email
responses can wait, and not going to the gym is okay. Give yourself permission to release all guilt
and expectation and use elements of this guide as your time to reset and create.

There is no right or wrong as you use this guide, no particular path you must follow. You could open
this guide to any page and that page is going to bring you one step closer in your journey towards
manifesting your best life.

Give yourself this time.

You deserve it.

Trust the process.

Allow manifestation to flow.

Invite it in.

the exquisite creative capabilities of your mind. There’s even a recipe section to refuel your inner

What Is Manifestation?
Manifestation is based on one essential concept: our internal state creates our external reality. And,
though it may not feel like it at times, we get to choose what our internal state is — from moment to
moment.

Most individuals seek a life where they or their loved ones have what they need, and many of us
have a vision of what our lives could be if we could just find a magic formula that would bring us the
experiences we want to have, the security we long for, and a deep sense of fulfillment.

When we first learn that the keys to having fulfilling experiences live within us, we begin looking for
tools to harness this inner power. Yet, when it comes to manifestation, one of the keys is getting out
of our own way. For some of us, this means giving ourselves permission to relax into the present
moment and believe in a new future we can’t yet see, touch, or experience with our senses.

Some people confuse manifestation with motivation. Motivation is focused on the get up and at ‘em
mentality; hussle to make things happen. Whereas successful manifestors focus on ease, allowing,
slipping into a flow of synchronicities and inspiration. There is action involved, but it’s inspired action.

Cultivating a clear mind and positive emotions like love and gratitude are essential to the art of
manifestation. We practice becoming more and more aware of the thoughts we habitually think
and the emotions those thoughts produce in our body. We learn how to refocus our thoughts with
intention, to focus on the experiences we do want to have instead of our fears and doubts about the
things we don’t want to have happen.

We allow the barriers of fears and doubts to drop away so our natural inner state of love, grace,
and appreciation can come through. It’s through focused intention, uplifted emotions, and inspired
action that we draw to us the life we see with our imagination and feel with our hearts. There are a
variety of ways to get there.

You’ll find some of those ways in this guide, curated to help you:

Maybe you’ve been manifesting your best life for years and would just like some simple yet potent

Smoothie Recipes That Energize & Nurture
How is your body feeling today? Is it yearning for a boost of vitality, or do you feel like you have a
1-ton elephant on your chest?

It’s simple. Your body needs fuel to function on all cylinders and the space to allow your nervous
system to breathe. Some studies3 show that chia seeds can lower certain heart disease risk factors,
including oxidative stress levels. Cinnamon4 is a proven cognitive enhancer. Cacao5 contains import-
ant minerals like magnesium6, which is known to support relaxation.

These easily accessible and simple ingredients can make a world of difference in your ability to

Raw Chocolate Smoothie to Fuel Your Day


Serves: 2

Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)

16oz unsweetened almond milk


2 tbsp raw cacao
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp almond butter
Pinch of cinnamon
Handful of ice

Directions
Blend until perfectly smooth and creamy!

Meditations for Cultivating the Life You Were
Meant to Live
You can think of meditation as a gift you give to yourself — whether you spend 60 seconds or 60
minutes. Meditation is an ancient practice, handed down over many generations because it helps
calm our busy minds, creates more space to be in the moment, and restores our connection to our
inherent selves. You already have all that you need within you to live your best life. Meditation is
simply an instrument to reconnect you to that source.

When manifesting the life we envision, meditation allows us to access receptive states that open the
door to receiving the love, abundance, wellness, and success that we are all worthy of receiving.

Reset in 3 Minutes
It sometimes feels like life is so busy that you don’t even have time to breathe, and opening this
guide might feel daunting to you. Yet, there’s something that you already do every day … like
putting your shoes on and taking them off. What if manifesting the life you desire started with
mindfulness around that simple action?

Connection with the earth has a direct affect on your nervous system, helping you to reset. Allow
yourself to go barefoot around the house. Or better yet, if you can step outside and plant your bare
feet on the ground, you’ll benefit even more. Close your eyes and focus on your breath for as little as
three minutes, allowing calm to come over you. This simple act is a step in the right direction toward

Giving Yourself the Gift of Meditation
An essential part of becoming the creator of the life you want is meditation. Why? Cultivating the
