demergers, slump sale, join venture proceedings etc.
 Management Accounting/MIS; Monthly profit and Loss, Standard / Marginal Costing of different products,
Various MIS, profitability/ cost analysis for decision making of Top management. Monthly/yearly Budgets,
Rolling estimates, Business Plans, Fund Flow statement, Cash flow statement etc.
 Various kinds of ROC/ Stock Exchange (listing agreement)/ RBI compliances.
 Direct Taxation; works ranging from filing of Returns, Forms, replying to notices, independently representation
in scrutiny cases, preparation and filing of appeals before Commissioner(Appeal) /Tribunal, Tax efficient
structure Planning, Handling search & Seizure cases, Assessment of Search Cases (Block
Assessments/Assessment U/s 153A, 153C, 148, Transfer Pricing, Non Resident taxation, DTAA and
International Taxation.
 Indirect Taxation; GST and Custom works ranging from filing of Returns, Forms, replying to notices,
independently representation in department, arranging/preparation for appeals before commissioner, ITAT and
High Court. Coordination/liaison with department, advocates/ consultants etc.
 Banking/treasury; Arranging term loans, working capital limits under separate/consortium (cash credit, packing
credit, FDB, CDB etc.,) from banks and financial institutions apart from various other bank compliances ranging
from preparation of CMA DATA, project reports, documentation to various other day to day correspondence, etc.
 Export/Import documentation, L/Cs, Advance Licenses, DEPB credits, RODTEP, foreign exchange financing,
foreign remittances. All kind of liaising with Foreign Trade Department, Income tax, Central Excise and Custom
Etc.
 Internal Audit; Coordination with Internal auditors, making replies, synopses for board meeting, Follow up
reports, Action taken Report and implementation of various controls and recommendations of internal auditors.
 Legal Drafting and Vetting of Agreements, deeds for Joint Ventures, Amalgamation, Demerger or Business
Reconstruction, Land property and business purchase etc.
COMPUTER LITERACY:
 Expert knowledge in SAP, taken part in implementation of SAP as a FICO core team leader.
