    Description: Quotation for construction 1800/- per Sft. (Excluding taxes).

    CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS

    STRUCTURE Ceiling Height 11 feet height


    Steel Sarwottam / Dhanalakshmi / Shree TMT
    Ramco or Nagarjuna (53 Grade) for structure & MAHA
    Cement or equivalent (43 Grade) for walls and plastering, two
    coating plastering for external and internal walls.
    9" inch wall for external walls and 4” for internal and
    Bricks (Red Brick) other floor walls. (2nd class local made red bricks).

    General Terms & Conditions:

    1. This is a pay and use contract.

    2. A detailed payment schedule shall be share before commencement of work or while


    agreement.

    3. The rate quoted above (1800/- per Sft) is excluding the taxes.

    4. The depth of the footings in this case is considered upto 6’-0” from the Natural ground
    level.

    5. Any change/increase in the depth after the soil test report shall be charged extra.

    6. The landlord shall provide water & power at free of cost during the entire tenure.

    7. Any extra works & change in basic price on above mentioned list shall be charged extra
    as per the actuals.

    8. The Measurement for final payment shall be made on slab end to end.

    9. List of works excluded in the scope of work.

     All govt. authority permissions & approvals.

     Lift & related civil works.

     Bore & motor related works.

     False ceiling for the entire house.

     Electrical wiring for false ceiling.

     Interiors like cupboards & related works.

     Designer paints, walls coverings & floor covering.
