    SYNOPSIS

    This project deals with design and fabrications of ANGLE


    BENDING MACHINE. This is used to angle bending operation with
    the help of a manual hand operated. Initially the pipe or steel metal is
    kept on the bottom fixture/ work table. The oscillated shaft is used to
    provide the up and down movement of the moving fixture or top fixture.

    This oscillation is given by hand operation. In this operation due to


    the moment of inertia of the total lift weight is applied on the work piece
    where the bending of pipe metal is carried out. The two dies are used to
    achieve the required shape in the pipe metal. The operation is fully
    carried by manual.

    A bottom fixture is fixed on the bottom plate by using bolts


    and nuts. This is the simple mechanism when applying less force on one
    end of the rod will results in more force at the end of the fixture. So the
    work piece is pressed to obtain the required shape.
