    Please be advised that upon completion of loading from your terminal, loaded
    cargo tanks were gauged jointly by the independent cargo surveyor and ship’s
    officer and the following quantities of free water were found:

    Further to this please be informed that there was no water found into above tanks during
    tank dipping/OBQ survey conducted prior to commencement of loading. I; the Master of
    "ATALANTA” on behalf of vessel’s Owners, Operators and/or Charterers hereby note protest
    and hold you liable for any consequences/costs/delays for above free water being loaded with
    the cargo and any further settling of free water during the passage as insufficient time for
    settling allowed when vessel was gauged immediately after loading.

    I hereby give notice that you will be held liable to indemnify the owners and charterers
    interest for any loss that any of these parties may suffer by reason of this protest.
