    Hi, Loves! Thank you so much for wanting to try out my

    pattern.

    inc = increase - Stuffing and scissors
    sc = single crochet -Safety eyes OR:
    sl st = slip stitch - Black felt for the eyes
    st/s = stitch/es - Glue and white acrylic
    paint
    Body
    In WHITE.
    R1. 8sc in MR (8)

    Cut and leave a long tail for sewing. Stuff firmly.
    Fold in half and now sew the chicken’s body shut, in zig
    zag stitches.

    If you are going to add safety eyes, stop sewing it shut before
    you reach the end, as you see on the last picture.
    Find the middle of the body and insert the safety
    eyes 2 rows below the opening, with 3-4 sts in
    between.

    Then continue sewing

    Comb
    In RED.
    Insert hook in the 1st st on the end you inserted the eyes and pull the
    yarn. Make a slst, then continue the pattern.
    R1. ch2, 2hdc on the same st that you made the slst from.
    R2. On the next st, do: hdc, sc, slst.
    Cut and FO. make sure to hide the yarn inside the body.

    Beak
    Take a string of orange
    yarn and sew the beak 2-3
    rows under the crown (or

    the beak twice.

    Felt eyes
    Cut two small eyes using
    black felt and glue them next
    to the beak, on each side.
    Then using white acrylic
    paint, paint some dots on
    the eyes to create a highlight
    effect.
