    Subject –Kind request for early intervention of the Software components of Capacity Building for Service Providers
    (CBSP) scheme of Rural Tourism Project of Barpali

    With sincere reverence kindly refer to our earlier representations and subsequent orders of your office and Hon,ble Chief

    Minister’s office for early implementation of the Capacity Building for Service Providers Scheme of the Rural Tourism
    Project of Barpali for which the Government of India has placed the funds to Tourism Department ,Govt of Odisha which
    has been subsequently placed with the Collector & Chairman of the Rural Tourism Project of Barpali.Now Sir,we are
    equipped with trained manpower to implement the project .

    We would like to inform your kind self that as you are aware the hardware component of the project is already
    completed and the building has to be handed over to the Software committee who will look after the day-to-day affairs
    and maintenance of the infrastructures. As per the guidelines of the scheme all the initial trainings of the personnel of
    CENTRE FOR RURAL YOUTH (CRY) & participation of artisans from Barpali Handloom clusters were sponsored by CENTRE

    Y) FOR RURAL YOUTH(CRY) who have attended in different Fairs & Festivals organized by Government of India at different
    places in India like AURANGABAD,HYDERABAD,TRIVANDRUM,BHUBANESWAR & have brought glory to the district by
    receiving Awards for their performances and moreover officials of CENTRE FOR RURAL YOUTH (CRY) have attended
    Seminars, Meetings & trainings in Bhopal ITC Hotel, IRMA( INSTITUTE OF RURAL MANAGEMENT,ANAND)
    GUJARAT,Instititute Of Tourism Management,Guwahati,Assam,and in OTDC,Bhubaneswar and it was decided in the
    District Monitoring Committee meeting that all the expenditures done BY CENTRE FOR RURAL YOUTH(CRY) should be
    reimbursed (proceeding of the meeting copy attached) & accordingly an expenditure statement (UC) of
    Rs.90,000(Ninety Thousands) only was submitted by CRY to the Collector & District Magistrate.But due to mistakes in
    the UC further funds for the project has not been released to us so far and it has been pending with Nizarat section of
    your office.. But now a fresh Utilization certificate is submitted as per the guidelines in proper format.

    We would like to further inform your kind self that the hardware components are already completed in which the building
    along with boundary walls of the complex has been constructed which has to be handed over to the software
    committee.But due to non-intervention of the software components of the project the committee is yet to be formed

    Therefore Sir, Kindly release the funds for early intervention of the project. All the related papers of CRY along with the
    ACTION PLAN have already been sent to the Government by the Collector through the DRDA office (copy enclosed) vide
    letter No 06/com/dated 02/01/2020
