    POST ACTIVITY REPORT

    Name of Activity: Youth Leaders Congress


    Date: September 6, 2023
    I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
    In Celebration of International Youth Day and Linggo ng
    Kabataan, Project Patnubay 3.0 in partnership with the City
    Government o Bago through the Local Youth Development Office
    conducted a Youth Leaders Congress on September 6, 2023 at Palmas
    Del Mar Resort Bacolod City.
    The Congress was packed with different topics on self-awareness,
    leadership and self-motivation. Dr. Calvin Dave Ganub, Ms. Bebce O.
    Gentilezo, Mr. Josel P. Osal and Ms. Rica Joyce Orense were the main
    facilitators of the activity and the ones who prepared the modules.
    Youth aged 15-30 years old from different organizations and council
    were the attendees of the above-mentioned activity. The following were
    the participants of the whole-day lecture-discussion:

    II. Objectives
    The Youth Leaders Congress had achieved the following
    objectives:
    1. Recognized the vital role of Filipino youth in nation-building.
    2. Engaged young leaders in development efforts by providing them
    with programs that develop the values and skills of young people to
    become productive leaders.
    3. Formed collaborations among the youth, their peers and
    government agencies through team activities to form alliance in
    advocating initiatives.
    III. Methodology
    Effective learning strategies, including lectures with participants
    engagement, open forums and recreational activities were employed.
    Audio-visuals were also utilized to enhance the learning experience.
    IV. Activity Highlights
    The Youth Leaders Congress deliberated the following topics
    and activities:
    1. Icon of Leadership
    2. Power to Reinvent Yourself
    3. Bagonhon Got Talent
    4. Fellowship

    V. CONCLUSION
    The Youth Leaders Congress cultivated effective leaders within
    Bago City. It equipped young leaders with the skills, knowledge, and
    mindset needed to inspire, motivate, and guide teams towards
    achieving common goals. Through this training, participants
    developed self-awareness, communication skills, conflict resolution
    abilities, and strategic thinking, enabling them to navigate challenges
    and drive success in their respective field of leadership.
