    NOTIFICATION
    ORDER BY THE GOVERNOR OF ASSAM
    Dated: Dispur, the 10-06-2024

    As there is a considerable number of essential posts of teaching and non- teaching staff
    of the venture schools which were provincialized in the Year 2013 under the Assam Venture
    Educational Institutions (Provincialisation of Services) Act, 2011, and there is a need for
    retention of all such posts provincialized in 2013, as the posts left vacant due to retirement etc.
    of the incumbents have not ceased to exist, nor the posts left vacant have been filled up
    through advertisements etc. due to non-availability of retention of the posts. Hence, for
    reducing the shortage of staff in the provincialized schools, retention of posts created in 2013
    under "The Assam Venture Educational Institutions (Provincialisation of Services) Act,
    2011,now has become essential for proper functioning of the schools.

    In view of above, pursuant to the Hon’ble Cabinet approval dated: 10/03/2024


    based on the report of the Internal Committee of Education Department, NOC from
    Department of Finance, the Governor of Assam in Department of School Education is
    pleased to accord permanent retention to the following number of posts under the
    Department of School Education against the total sanction post of Teaching Staff and
    Non-teaching Staff provincialized with effect from 01/01/2013:
    1. Under Elementary Education:
