    1 Pilling Work
    1.1 -Pilling will start drive on Reschedule to 6th Sept 2023
    1st pile Started on 6th Sept for point A39
    -Pile target production 2pile/day
    As of 5point currently, KTB can achieved more than 2piles
    per day (but need to adjust on the start time earlier than
    7.30am, for positioning time)
    -Pile production will adjust based on actual production SYS 29/8/23
    -Bathy survey will be done before Ketara move in to CH500-
    CH300 (Done)
    -SYS inform, next delivery will be on site 9th October 2023
    -Current material remaining 26nos of piles
    (Can last estimate until 8th October 2023)
    (CH166, Pile no A13 & B13)
    -KTB to start planning on piling sequence Info
    -SYS inform that HEM will start maintenance work by 8th
    October 2023
    -KTB to rotate barge when reach CH200, facing shoreline
    2 Steel pile work
    2.1 -Ketara currently welds joint steel pile Ketara 29/8/23
    -All 8nos of steel pile joint need to be repair at the joint
    -Pad-eyes target deliver 30/8/23
    -All Pad eye already on site 5/9/23 will transfer to Ketara SYS 29/8/23
    -Welding work for steel pile will be done at night after pile
    driving work info
    -Need to shift steel pile onto ketara Tujuh
    -SYS mention, currently MS for Steel Piles still pending,
    need to hold on the installation
    3 PDA test
    3.1 Ketara to submit the PDA test Report for Point A39 Ketara 30/8/23 29/8/23
    -Ketara to submit the PDA test report for Point A25
    -SYS inform, next PDA test on Point A17 (CH214)
    3.2 Ketara to review for proposal to add timber cushion on dolly Ketara 29/8/23
    for another 300mm
    -Ketara mention will drive until seabed with dolly
    3.3 Production Pile Ketara Info
    1st Production pile need to be done with PDA
    PDA done on 6th Sept
    3.4 Ketara to prepare inventory list on Ketara 7 Ketara 29/8/23
    (Spare part list)
    Ketara will submit by 13th September
    3.5 Safety
    SYS mention, during Ketara before pitching spun pile, the Ketara & info
    rigger needs to ensure that all sling secure at material barge SYS
    3.6 QAQC
    -QC will open RFI for everyday for every pile Ketara & info
    Info needs to pass to QC 1day before work start SYS
    -Open RFI need to be submitted to HEM on daily basis of
    next day early in the morning.
    3.7 Pile set criteria
    - 300 mm hammer drop height Info
    - Pile to length (18~19m will set)
    - < 40mm/blow (end of drive)
    3.8 Manpower
    -Currently 13pax of manpower
    3.9 Bunkering
    Ketara to inform early if there are any.
    3.10 Maintenance
    SYS concern on daily maintenance of equipment by Ketara.
