LIVIN’ LOUD

Thirty-five years ago, Stillwater Designs began with a

dream… to create, to innovate, to excel in a musical world.
By 1980, the Original KICKER found its way behind the
seats of pickup trucks all over the Southwest, and shortly
thereafter, the nation and the world. KICKER had arrived
on the road. The mid-‘90s saw more available power in the
form of amplification. Later on, Solo-Baric changed the
shape and turned up the volume on bass. SoundGate put
us inside the dash, and then the Warhorse put us over the
top. Here’s to the next 35 years… continuing the dream,
and Livin’ Loud.

GOIN’ BIG
Hear this? You’ve put too much blood and sweat into your
ride to mess with car stereo that doesn’t ignite a reac-
tion… the reaction from the street, the sidewalk, and the
fellas. You need oversized sound, and you demand audio
gear proven to deliver every time you want the reaction…
every time you cruise down the street. With brutal power
and performance, KICKER audio gets the reaction you
crave... every time.

Surrounding yourself with life’s finest comes naturally to
you, so upgrading the audio system in your ride isn’t an is-
sue. The only thing racking your skull is how much room
you need to throw in everything you want. The biggest bass,
best sounding components, and of course, all the power
you might need to push all your toys is at your fingertips.
You roll with the best, and KICKER delivers the best.

Carve it in stone – you’re not gonna be that guy, rattling
and shaking your entire ride. But you do want something
that pushes your music… your passion… to a level that
will waste that guy, and still impress even the most ex-
perienced ear. No dB overkill… but not weak like what
came from the factory. KICKER gear supplies the absolute
combination of power and performance for your rolling
personal space.

When you’re working to bust that perfect trick, a little in-
spiration can’t hurt. You look for it from your buddies, and
you look for it from your music. KICKER, the world leader
in car audio excellence, also rules aquatic audio. Look for
KICKER to bring you the best sound in and out of the ma-
rina. From speakers to amps, KICKER delivers the music,
guaranteeing that your boat is the one all others tie up to
when the weekend begins.

Upgrading from your factory stereo can sometimes be a
bit overwhelming. You don’t want to drop all your lunch
loot on a wicked sound system, but it’s gotta be better
than what’s in mom’s sedan. KICKER delivers dominating,
cutting-edge audio upgrades that probably exceed what
you came looking for. The sound quality and toughness
are the best available for the buck, and the looks are also
bound to turn a few heads. If it’s just a sub, an amp with
it, or all of the above, KICKER will make your first ride the
one that everybody knows.

FITTING IN
You don’t have to shout it, but it’s obvious to the rest of
the world – you’re no follower. It’s a quiet confidence you
live by. You show it with your clothes, what you pick from
the menu, who you hang with… and what you drive. You
won’t see this ride on just any street – it carries the paint
you wanted, just enough performance to be dangerous,
and a raging KICKER system that fits into whatever space
remains. Hey, it doesn’t have to be big to be bad. It just
has to do what you want it to.

How do you improve on a patented mechanical brute? Since the 18-inch S18X debuted in 2003, KICKER engineers have been working to make SoloX more
advanced. This year they went all the way, creating the world’s ultimate bass machine. Presenting three select versions of the original sub monster… SoloX™
Subwoofer.

• A bigger cone moves more air. Moving air is what making
bass is all about.

SLAM • A square cone has more surface area than any round cone
of an equal size subwoofer.
• Comparing like sizes, Solo-Baric® L7, Solo-Baric L5, and the
brute SoloX™ give you 16% to 20% more cone area than any
of their round cousins.
SPAIR
• An 8-inch square is as loud as a 10-inch round. A 10-inch
square is as loud as a 12-inch round. A 12-inch square is as
loud… OK, you get the point!
