    Dear Parents/Guardians:

    Your son/daughter has expressed his/her intentions of joining the NCAF PASUC 2024
    sponsored by the Institute of Creative Expressions and Human Movement Education the to be held
    the following dates:
    a. Rehearsal for NCAF opening ceremonies on April 22,2023 from 1:00 to 6:00 pm and
    b. NCAF performance on April 23, 2023 from 1:00 to 8:00 pm

    Please note that joining the activity will entail your son/daughter to stay in school or outside of
    the school premises, accompanied/unaccompanied by a faculty adviser. Please be advised of your duties
    and responsibilities as provided in the statement of consent and undertaking. Should you allow your
    son/daughter to join the aforementioned activity, kindly fill-out the attached “Statement of Parental
    Consent” and return to Mr. James V. Bailon the Over-all Co Chair, NCAF PASUC 2024 of the NCAF
    PASUC 2024 on or before April 20, 2024.
